I had one of the worst days I've had in a while when I lost my keys with my one and only car key on the ring. I had called a locksmith I found on Nextdoor, who referred me to another locksmith, who referred me to another locksmith and it felt like I was being given the runaround, leaving me unsure of what I should do. I asked around my circle of family and friends for recommendations, rather than take the word of a chain of people I didn't know and I'm glad I did because that's how I came across Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith. Todd was immediately responsive, quoted me a price within minutes, and came out to where my car was stuck at home in no time. He arrived and got right to work and I checked in and chatted with him for a bit too and the list of great qualities just kept growing, as I learned what a personable and standup guy he is. Ahwatukee Locksmith 24 is the perfect place to call for locksmith service! One of my friends recommend me on them few years ago and since than I called them every time I was needed a locksmith and they never let me down.

I was locked out of my home at about 930 at night they support the open until 10 or maybe 12. There was no answer I just got a cancellation, I left a message and within a half an hour there’s still was no call back. Very poor service for someone who is locked out in my opinion.

Called them and specifically asked if they could re-key a mobility scooter, they said yes and took my information, I waited a few hours and called them again to see when they would be heading my way and they checked the ticket order and read it to me that it was for a mobility scooter and said someone will call. I didn't get a call, and I waited for 6 hours! I called again and said I was still waiting for someone to call and then he checked the ticket again and said oh sorry we don't work on mobility scooters. I waited around all day for nothing.

Trevor was amazing! He showed up within an hour of calling, was friendly, professional, and completed his work with a high level of quality. We needed several house locks fixed as they were old and didn’t work. He went and got the right parts and keyed them to match our existing locks.
