Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

I had an ignition for my motorcycle with no key , was told by another locksmith the ignition was bad. I called alcatraz locksmith and im almost positive this guy can break into the white house

Brian was very helpful in trying to assist me with a unique locker key. His kindness and care brought me back for a replacement key for a 2014 vehicle key that he was even able to computer program. I bought a key for my 2015 KIA for $30 and it works perfectly!

I used their kiosk in my local grocery store and they seriously work better and smoother than the original keys! I also had a 3rd one that had to be mailed to me as it was a design the kiosk didn't have. It arrived quickly and the 1st try it didn't lock or unlock but after turning it a few times it worked as well as the 1st 2 that were made with the original key pressed into the kiosk. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.
