Needed a new key/remote made for my 2010 Mazda CX-9 as the used car dealer who sold to us in 2013 gave us the wrong type - it lasted for a long time but when I went to dealer to reprogram they said they couldn't do it cause the remote we had was for sedan. A new one would cost over $300 and I would have to leave the car for 2+ hours for them to take care of it. Ori did it for exactly $300 in 10 minutes.

Horrible communication skills good luck getting this guy to show up. He didn't want to come out for rain cool. Second day no call no show third try he says he will be over at 8 and nothing I text and get told he's getting blood drawn and will be by no heads up no not going to be over when we agreed and I'm still sitting here. He will give you no heads up if he's not coming and let you sit around like no one else has to work. What a waste of time. Save your self the time and call one of the other 50 locksmiths in the area.

While the keys didn't unlock the lock, the rapid & easy refund process was appreciated. And I will try again!

Home depot can do on the spot designed keys?? a bottle opener is good i guess.

When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.
