Asked for Rocio to fix our door after we saw her fix a similar door issue at a restaurant we were at. She was on time, fixed the door issue AND our lock which I thought we would have to replace but apparently just needed to be repaired. Very nice and professional! Amazing work on a stubborn Nissan that another locksmith couldn't get to turn on with a tough steering wheel lock. Berrot rebuilt the ignition due to bad springs and gave us a new key for a very fair price and only took him a couple of hours to sort out. We thought we'd be towing the thing to the dealership with such a grim outlook give to us by the previous locksmith. I will be using them as my go to from now on and recommend them to any one with an issue with their locks!

My key didn’t work, but the customer service was great. Respond fast and processed refund immediately.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

These gentleman are experienced locksmiths, I had ZERO keys for a utility / service bed. Called manufacture of utility bed, discontinued keys and no key cuts known.

Called several utility bed distributors, and known lock manufactures to try to trace down a key to no avail.

Went to TWO different locksmiths who attempted and failed.

Called these gentleman who told me to come down, within 10 MINUTES or less, he had made a key by using a blank key and a file. Highly impressed from their level of SKILL. Gentleman who was working on it was a veteran in the business with 27 years of experience.

One of my latches wasn't working properly, owner fixed it right on the spot.

Highly recommend, and saved me from having to rekey 6 locks!
