Top Grade A service! On time fast and very helpful. Had to get my rv gate opened for my contractor and the key was not available. I called and in a few hours they showed up on time. Not only did I get a new standard key but the second was a master key with the do not duplicate stamped on. I did not ask for that but it was provided. A great key to have for landscapers and contractors. This company is top notch no wonder they are partners with AAA! Cheers and will share their info with friends and family. Price was ridiculously high for a little picking.

I used their kiosk in my local grocery store and they seriously work better and smoother than the original keys! I also had a 3rd one that had to be mailed to me as it was a design the kiosk didn't have. It arrived quickly and the 1st try it didn't lock or unlock but after turning it a few times it worked as well as the 1st 2 that were made with the original key pressed into the kiosk. I will definitely use them in the future.

I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

The key I needed was not a normal stocked key in the machine so they offered to mail one to me in 3 days. The machine scanned the key. I received it from ups in 3 days. Worked great! No worries. Thanks a lot.

The front door knob and lock were fixed by the locksmith the same day I called him. He was incredibly polite, competent, and knowledgeable about the 1925 door knob. If I ever needed any locksmith work again, I would without a doubt contact them. I'm grateful.

Being able to make a key inside of a FRYS food store made it convenient. I got 3 copies of a key and they all worked great. It does cost a little more than stopping at a hardware store and having a key made, but the convenience made it worth it. I do wish the machine also took cash. It only takes credit cards.
