Great communication as traffic is always difficult getting to my address but he kept in great contact and showed up quickly

Tom came out to open up an old wine bar that we had lost the skeleton key to. He called ahead to make sure an adjusted time to come out would be ok, and was very prompt for the time he stated he would be here. After he arrived he was very professional and was able to unlock my wine bar within 10 minutes. He also pointed me towards a business where I could get a new key for my wine bar as a skeleton key is a challenging thing to re-key.

I would give a 0 if I could. The locksmith confuse me for someone who hang up onmihm. So he said imma hang up on you like you hang up on me I was speechless and then he hanged up. What happened to the good old days of Good Customer service.

Have used Nick a couple of times now ....of course not because I wanted to...lol...locked keys in the car was the first ....he picked up the phone after hours and met up with me in 30 minutes ...great professional experience ...second was more unique...needed him to meet my neighbor at my house to pick my front door lock (pet sitter AWOL while on vacation)....arrived at the agreed time 6am....helped resolve the situation ....and waited until I arrived back in town to settle up...thanks for the great service...highly recommended
