My gun safe would not open, set an appointment with ACME . They sent an advance text, just like they said they would. Big Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem (bad keypad); Mike had a replacement keypad with him, replaced the keypad, -safe as good as new. Was extremely rude, service desk didn't specify price. When he got to the car wanted $200 to unlock car when the keys were just inside the car. I was on the phone with the rental insurance he refused to wait to see if they would cover then demanded to be paid $30 cancellation fee, told him my wallet was in the car, started calling someone and drove off. Absolute scam and rip off. Not sure if he tried to take advantage since I was a girl, but it was utter nonsense. Called another locksmith and it only costed $50. He was completely unprofessional, wasn't wearing any sort of company uniform or in a company car.

My mother-in-law called me up to ask if I could help because she had broken her car key. I told her to sit tight and called a professional car locksmith to assist her. She called me up when the job was finished and said she was happy with how the job was handled.

It was good but the cost is the reason I will not use it again. I can get it for half the price in Walmart or Ace hardware or even home depot

Steven was awesome! He doesn’t overcharge for his services and was very efficient and friendly.

My Honda ignition key got stuck in the ignition and i had AAA locksmith look at it. He wasn't exactly sure what was wrong but estimated it would cost around $700-$900 to fix issue. I called BCM and they knew exactly what the problem was and offered to fix it at a much better price! I had the car brought over immediately and within a short time they rebuilt the ignition and my car was fixed and ready to go! Great customer service and excellent price! Thank you!

We never received the key that was supposed to be mailed to me but I did receive a refund.
