I called at 7:30, no one showed up by 8 even though I live 15 minutes from their location. I called and they had associated the wrong phone number with my address and called someone else that had cancelled their service. I needed to be somewhere by 8:30 and no one was even out to my house til that time. And for the inconvenience they took off all of $10 from my total. Really irritated, will never use their services ever again.

This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.

A key's grooves had become worn out. I am aware that the car key will no longer match the internal mechanisms of the lock or ignition if one or more of these grooves are the wrong depth. AZ Locksmith used the key code that was registered to my vehicle to cut a new key for my car. Fantastic work, guys!
