Best Deadbolt Locks in Phoenix AZ

I just purchased a car for my son and needed another key. I was able to obtain a generic FOB. I called several locksmiths in the area that had good reviews. Most wanted over $200 to cut and program the FOB and nevermind what the dealerships want. I found Alcatraz Locksmith on Yelp and reached out to the owner Todd. Well, in a nutshell, Todd was awesome and had a flat fee of $40 for cutting the key and $50 for standard programming, if you can meet at his place of business. I highly recommend Todd for all your locksmith needs.

Prompt response, professional, and great customer service! I was locked out of my house and their dispatch sent someone out to me right away. Their tech, Sean, is incredibly knowledgeable and eased my nerves (I was quite stressed). I ended up taking care of something other things, such as rekeying locks and changing out knobs (I had been putting it off for some time). Top notch work!
I randomly found them on Google maps and would happily utilize their services again (hopefully not for being locked out again lol).

Joey was amazing! He helped me with getting new keys replaced, my garage remote working as well as assisted with getting me a pad lock for my side gate. Definitely recommend him!

Horrible communication skills good luck getting this guy to show up. He didn't want to come out for rain cool. Second day no call no show third try he says he will be over at 8 and nothing I text and get told he's getting blood drawn and will be by no heads up no not going to be over when we agreed and I'm still sitting here. He will give you no heads up if he's not coming and let you sit around like no one else has to work. What a waste of time. Save your self the time and call one of the other 50 locksmiths in the area.

It was good but the cost is the reason I will not use it again. I can get it for half the price in Walmart or Ace hardware or even home depot

I highly recommend these guys! Bo came out and assisted in cutting off a padlock for me. It only took him 10 minutes and the job was done! Great job BO.

When I got back home, I discovered that my deadbolt was no longer key-operable. When I called these people, they sent a guy over within an hour. In 30 minutes, he had fixed the lock, taken out the damaged pieces, given keys, and left. They are there when you need them and are a lifesaver. Solid, safe, and dependable service. Recommended.
