just moved into a new home and needed to re-key the whole thing. called jeff to make an appointment next day! had him in my contacts from locking my keys in my car awhile back and he showed up within 15 minutes w the best price around for that as well. anything lock wise i would contact jeff as he is quick and helps you save money any way possible.

I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Great service, a price that will pleasantly surprise everyone. And the highlight is that they work 24/7. So it's true! They came to me at three in the morning. Therefore, do not hesitate and order their services. They are cool!

Tom was the only person who answered my call for help on a Sunday Morning. I live in Tucson AZ and my wife was staying at The TownePlace Suites in Scottsdale when she locked her purse inside her Van. I called down the line of Locksmiths and Tom from Adam was the only one to respond and responded promptly to our call. He was very courteous and professional.
