I highly recommend Adams Locksmith. I locked myself out of my car at 6 am on a Sunday morning. It was dark outside and I had an important appointment to get to. I wanted to find someone reliable, trustworthy, who wouldn't damage my car and who could get to me fast and not overcharge me. I shopped around and after calling and comparing several of the locksmiths listed on google for my area, Tom gave me the best price from the start and stuck to it. He came within 20 minutes and had me back in my car quickly. He's a nice guy so we got to talking and I learned Adams Locksmith is a family owned business. When you call, you get Tom and he's the same one that comes and does the service. That's important to me. Tom is like the trusted friendly neighbor who .knows what he's doing and helps you out of a jam. I was so pleased with the service that I am really excited to leave this review! I was in Scottsdale on business from San Antonio and locked my keys in my rental car. The rental car company told me to call a locksmith. I called a couple of locksmiths and Tom at Adams Locksmith was the only one who gave me a straight answer on price and how long it would take to get here. I was very grateful to locate Adams Locksmith. I was locked out of my house at 6:30 at night. I contacted one locksmith who quoted a fee and then stated it could cost more depending on what all it would take to unlock the doors once he got onsite. My door locks were a standard brand so my thought was that surely a locksmith should be well equipped to unlock a standard brand lock under most circumstances without a potential upcharge once the job was done...little shady. Fortunately I decided to make another call and found Tom. He was at my house in 20 minutes, was extremely knowledgeable and had both my doors unlocked in less than 10 minutes. He also charged an extremely reasonable fee. If you’re in a pinch and need a reliable and trustworthy locksmith, give Tom/Adams Locksmith a call (he’ll personally answer the phone). Tom was the only person who answered my call for help on a Sunday Morning. I live in Tucson AZ and my wife was staying at The TownePlace Suites in Scottsdale when she locked her purse inside her Van. I called down the line of Locksmiths and Tom from Adam was the only one to respond and responded promptly to our call. He was very courteous and professional.

Adams Locksmith did a superb job re-keying all of the locks in my daughter's house. In this field it's difficult to trust someone and it's nice to have one key for all the doors.

I had just listed a property and realized that the lock was broken on the front door of the house. People were scheduled to come see the home but no one could get in. Tom's name was referred to me so I gave him a call. He answered right away and was able to meet me within a half hour! He then fixed the issue immediately. It was not an easy fix but he made it look easy and was so pleasant and friendly. I will use Tom for all of my lock and key issues and would recommend him to anyone.
