Last week Mr. Lockout (a.k.a. Carol) came to replace some entry door handles to our home. Carol installed two electronic keypad entry handles and programmed several personalized codes into them. Additionally she changed out some door handles and rekeyed those to match others she had previously rekeyed. (Confusing? yes.)

I cannot give Mr. Lockout enough praise. Not only did the charges come in slightly below estimate, I am thrilled with the work. I have worked with great locksmiths in other cities in which I've resided, but Carol Brown is far superior. She is timely, professional, and cleans up after herself. Additionally, she counsels on best security practices. I feel so much safer in my home after following Carol's recommendations. She patiently taught me about the security features of the new hardware, showed me how to change batteries, and taught me how to program codes into and delete codes from the electronic locks.

Mr. Lockout not only does the work, she provides a service. All this at a very fair price! I am so thrilled with the service I received. I will never use a locksmith in this area other than Mr. Lockout!

I originally called a few other locksmith in the area first but they all seemed to be rip offs, they would keep the price open and seem to be very vague. One even hung up on me when I started asking more in depth questions about the cost of opening my car door. Then I came across RJs he was very professional and was very clear on the price. Not only did he help me get back in my car the conversation was nice too. RJs got the job done fairly quickly and at a great price I will definitely call RJ up again if I ever lock myself out again!

A tricky storage unit lock was solved by a locksmith. He was on time and really educated. These guys are great, and I will definitely call them again in the future.

Little pricey for a key.. I paid just under $10 for one key... the convenience was nice as it was located at my grocery store, so I didn't have to make another stop..

KeyMe Locksmiths have these awesome and very easy to use machines to make your duplicate key in a few minutes, the one I used was in the grocery store so I didn't have to go anywhere else, the kiosk had easy to follow instructions and personalized keys, I got my favorite team's key and one for the green room, they also have car keys and other services. ?️

I have used this service twice, once for a secure lock and the second time for vehicle key copy. The secured lock key worked perfectly, however it took 2 weeks to receive the extra key from KeyMe. I wanted to see if this was an aberration or the norm, so I ordered a couple of copies of a General Motors late model SUV, at the time of writing this post, i am still waiting for delivery of those copies. it has been now 10 days from date of order and past the estimated 3-5 business promoted by KeyMe for delivery. As with any product , I of the old school generation (Age 59) will not tolerate is making of a sale with deceptive advertisement practices. I don't care if it takes 3 days or 30 days to receive pre-paid services from any company doing business. inform the customer, upfront, before the sale is even initiated, with an actual and reasonable delivery date of services, so (I) the customer can make a intelligent decision on whether that service suits or accommodates my current needs as a customer. Yes, I probably would not have used your service, had I known that you use third party delivery services to transport your sales product. But the intentional deception of information took away my right as a consumer to expect those services in a timely manner. For that reason, I am only giving KetMe a rating of 3. If I have not received this service by day 15, I will initiate a complaint with my bank and KeyMe customer service for a total refund.
If you use this service for any quick service solution, this is not very good product. I don't care, how inexpensive the service is. Hell, I could have passed away last week, and your service wouldn't have done me a bit of convenience. Therefore, if you can't improve your delivery system and truthfulness of the reality of transport to your customer, I will probably use a local service, that will afford me a more timely position of immediate gratification.
