Very first I told that I am satisfied on the locksmiths.I went to their web site, and stated a chat with a mysterious on-line lady. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to email a photo of the lock that needed fixing. About a half hour later, I got an email from the president saying they could be out the same afternoon! I said yes. The repair man was prompt, friendly, and got me fixed up! Great experience with these guys!

It was a straightforward process, however we had a broken piece of an old key in our lock. We obtained bids by calling around, but these men were more affordable. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They also completed the work well. We will give them another call if we ever require residential keys or locks! We're so glad we found them!

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.
