I had to call Todd (the owner) back and express my gratitude and many thanks for not only the work Jim did but the manner in which the service was done. I had my locks serviced and cleaned along with having a key made on the spot.

Call ANYWHERE but here. They will take advantage of your situation and rob you for every single penny you have left in your wallet. This was so upsetting, I was actually brought to tears. I would have been better off breaking my window

I like all of the above. Sean was on the time he said he would be there. Really 4mins early. He looked at my jeep for a few seconds,then got the tools he needed and had the door open quite quickly! Job well done!

Wouldn’t recommend, customer service was a joke. First and last time here

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Machine says to buy 2 and get third free, but it only spits out two keys. False advertising? Broken machine?

Would definitely recommend. I had issues with lost key/sparekey/found key... Technician was reliable, professional, skilled and efficient and all problems were resolved. Above all, I had some sky high quotes but He was excellent value for money. Lovely to deal with such a kind, genuine guy. Thank you.

The machine was easy to use. And the keys came out working great.

I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.
