I and my husband were ocked out of our van with my elderly mom and her service dog and grocery shopping in the car and in a area I had not really known well ! Not only was he and his company amazingly fast responding but helped make us all feel better about the situation and got us on our way ! Nick's great! I have had him at my place twice and both times he's been very kind, professional, and knows what he's doing. This most recent time was such an easy fix and took so little time he didn't charge me. This was despite my insistence otherwise. Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

They are very honest. I will repet it.
