Best Stump Grinding in Phoenix AZ

I don't even know where to start with the terrible customer service, but here's the long story short- had 40+yr old pine trees in the backyard, the reason we bought this house! They needed trimming before monsoon season we were afraid some branches could break. Nate comes to our house, wants to talk more about how he's married to the owners dtr than our trees, but convinces my husband along with the trim we should fertilize the trees. They come out and trim hardly anything, my husband talks to the guy here and the guy here says he can't trim more or it will kill the tree, but they fertilized. My husband expresses to the girl at followup we aren't happy because it hardly looks like our trees were trimmed and we paid almost 4k. A month or so later one of the trees starts to die, we call and call and don't get anyone calling us back. FFW months later they send Jimmy out to look at our tree. He stands there and says he would never recommend someone trim or fertilize these trees in the summertime, as if we were supposed to know. They are the tree pros so we took Nate's advice. But then when we say the tree died from their service he says prove it and left our home. Now all we are asking is for the tree they killed to be removed and they are refusing. So, 4k later we have barely trimmed trees we will have to take care of through someone else and a dead 40yr old pine that we will have to spend more money on to have removed. Don't expect any reasonable follow up. It takes weeks to get a call back if you have any sort of issue.

My trimming needs were complex. There were a number of delicate items such as potted plants that could have been damaged during the trimming process. The crew worked rapidly and did not damage any of these items in the process. They trimmed only what I wanted to be trimmed and in the way that I wanted. I also noted that the members of the crew had great knowledge regarding the trees they worked on. I had some trees that do not appear in the typical yard. The crew appeared to recognize these. This was something special. When I need further trimming beyond what I feel comfortable doing myself I will hire this tree service again.

Excellent follow up and fix to an original issue. I had an issue with the original service, got a call from the owner and we resolved the issue. He put together a crew on short notice and sent them out on a Saturday, they guys were very professional and did all they could to make this customer very happy with their service. WE have a large , 1 acre property with many trees .......... and we will have them back to trim all of our property again. Thank you Jason for taking care of this customer., it is much appreciated.

I rarely give five stars to anyone. Phillip and his team delivered a WOW experience.
Phillip was the fifth quote I got for removing two trees in my backyard. I’m glad I kept up the search. The crew came in with their crane and remove the two trees from my backyard ground the stumps and Cleaned up after themselves leaving my yard looking great in about two hours.
The giant trees in my backyard were lifted by crane out around my house and lay down in the street with the end end of the chipper. The entire tree was turned into mulch in seconds, no mess. I think he came in with a team of six or seven guys, really professional.
All four of the other quotes I got we’re going to chop the trees down into pieces in my backyard and wheelbarrow them out. This team did it for 60% less than the other bids I got.
I was WOWed by this service. My giant trees are gone (made room for a swimming pool) so I can’t really call you again, but I would in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

First time using Radley’s tree service for stump grinding and they were amazing and responsive. Job was done quickly, and efficiently. I definitely recommend and will be using them for any other tree service!

We have been using Design Tree for a long time. They did a good job thinning out the tree and cleaning up the yard afterwards. The only issue I had was the cut branches (some were large) were dropped directly onto our delicate plants. If they could find a way to safely drop the larger branches directly down to workers below (either to their hands or in an outstretched tarp), that potentially saves any damage and cost to replace those plants. The workers and management did listen to my concerns, and were willing to help with any out-of-pocket costs on my end, if needed. That was a nice gesture.

Of the 3 companies I received estimates from, they were the most informative. The Arborist evaluated my trees, took the time to educate me and didn't try to sell me. My questions were answered honestly. The trimmers were on time and professional. They went to work immediately and I was really astonished at what they did. My overgrown trees and yard filled with litter was transformed. The trees look wonderful, my yard is now pristine and even my roof was blown and cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good quality service for a fair price. It's good to know I don't have to go looking around anymore. I'll definitely call them again.

Cactus removal. Great service. Very professional and friendly. I called on a Sunday evening and spoke to someone right away. They came out 2 days later and did a great job. Rates were very reasonable. Would definitely call on them again.

Our tree fell into a neighbors house. This company was quick to respond and get tree removed as well as fix the sprinkler system line that broke when tree fell. This was less than a 24 hour turn around ! Great job guys!

We purchased an existing home with Mesquite trees, Palo Brea trees and fruit trees on the property. All of the trees were struggling when we took possession. Kris came in and made recommendations about trimming and fertilizing. Kris & his coworker pruned with attention to the percentage they removed and fertilized appropriately for each tree. It seemed like our trees were instantly happier. There were several trees we thought we may lose. Kris has a wait and see attitude. He doesn't rush in to remove a tree and plant a new one. Three months later and the trees are in a much better state. Kris does not try to oversell you. He actually cares about each tree. It's a true doctor, patient relationship.
