Excellent experience up until I received my invoice with an added $50 fee for not paying by check or cash. This fee was not disclosed to me at any time (the owner said it was sent in an email that probably went to my Spam folder). I couldn't be happier with this company. From Albert, the manager, to the crew that came to my home, they were true professionals. I had a large tree removed and the stump ground. The tree was in a space that was surrounded by a ramada, a spa, a fence, and numerous plants. Nothing was damaged. The cleanup was so thorough that they even climbed a ladder to blow any mess off of my ramada roof! You can't even tell they were there. They also trimmed another tree for me that leans quite a bit. They made sure it was balanced, so I won't have a problem in the future. They were honest and informed me that after the trim they didn't feel it was necessary to brace it, even though that would have been more money in their pockets. I will definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend them!
