Terrible company and customer service. I called for an estimate talked to a girl and guy was supposed to come yesterday (Sat.) and was told by the girl I spoke with that he would call 1st for window and text when on on his way, so of course I waited around and no call and no show! I saw that a Mike came Fri (not scheduled for that day) and just left a paper at my door with cost but never even called or texted he's was coming or after so then so I missed him. Then I left a message on his cel to call me since I had questions on estimate, and of course he never called. Do not use Tree Pros as they are obviously very unprofessional and will waste your time. Not to mention they want about $670 to just remove a senita cactus that tipped over, so they are a total ripoff as well!

They went above and beyond for service. I had them out to remove two trees. When I got home, not only were the trees removed but so was the old debris that I was expecting to have to take care of once the trees were gone. Even my patio was swept. They were also about $500 cheaper than another company for the exact same service. Great communication and prompt service.

What a refreshing experience. From my initial meeting with Zachery who estimated my job and was here the entire day with his crew was impressive. Their pricing is very competitive, the crew very professional, safety conscious, great cleanup, excellent equipment, can't say enough good about them.

This is the second time I've used this company as they have exceeded my expectations. They did a great job of tree trimming, stump grinding, cleanup & disposal. The only issue that prevented me from giving them 5 stars was that there equipment leaked small patches if oil/gas onto the walkways. They were courteous & sent out a crew to pressure wash the concerned areas where the leakage occurred. I will definitely hire them again as we were very satisfied with there performance & follow up.

There are plenty of people who can provide good service for your lawn and tree needs, but if you need an arborist (not just someone who will follow your directions and cut what you think is appropriate), call these folks. They are knowledgable, professional, prompt and courteous; along with being quite willing to share their knowledge and experience.
I had no idea that one of the trees I wanted trimmed has been identified as an extremely invasive species (Dalbergia Sissoo) which was already causing problems.
Integrity Tree Service / SaveATree rep Roy Maxey came out and walked the property with me, developed an approach to manage that tree and a couple of others, and scheduled a work crew.
The crew arrived on time yesterday, did the work, then cleaned up the area. There are a few follow-up items to be addressed, but I am confident that they will also be handled with the same professional, efficient expertise as the portions of the job that have been completed.

They are family owned which I love. They are very professional. Their crew was polite and efficient. They all wore hearing protection when the wood chipper was running and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Sally and Sal own the business. Sally was very easy to work with as far as coming out for an estimate and scheduling the work. Sal was very patient as I reviewed the work and requested some additional trimming. Highly recommend. Not a fly by night organization. Will use again.

Jesse's team has trimmed a large mesquite in my front yard a couple of times now. Both times they did an excellent job on the trimming. One of the trims was pretty extensive to get the tree under control. The tree looks beautiful now and does not seem to be growing out of control like it always used to. Prices are reasonable and they respond very quickly.

Gloria called me within minutes of filling out my request on Home Advisor. They were able to come by same day and give me a quote to remove a big mesquite tree. The price was so good that I agreed and he was able to do it right then and there. Ulises did it safe and fast and for the best price. At my request, Dr. Dave made a house call so I could have him take a look at my mesquite tree. You could tell the tree had been there awhile. It took up half of my back yard and branches extended over a wall into my neighbors yard. There also was a long branch laying over part of my roof. With monsoon season almost upon us, I was getting more than a bit worried. What if a strong wind caused it to shift towards my house or my neighbors. I decided to have it removed. Branch Management did a great job. The men were very experienced and professional. I'm glad I chose them. You would be too.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

We've had great experiences with this company. We're re-doing our back yard and called on them for advice and then for removing some old trees. Daniel was especially helpful, no pushy sales pitches, freely shared his expertise on tree selection. He came back a second time, several months later, for additional questions we had, for no extra charge. They came and removed our old trees, gave us a great price, were professional and efficient.

After the big storm a very large tree limb decided to slam down on my car, I was lucky enough to get a quick response and a fair price same day and by the next day it was like nothing ever happened, def plan on using him again, amazing person to work with
