The crew showed up ahead of schedule. Took steps to protect our items like bird feeders and decorations near the site. They removed our huge Ficus and ground the stump and cleaned up in an hour. I highly recommend Tree Pros based on my experience.

About a week ago one of our community cats at the apartment complex l live, got stuck about 20 feet up in a tree for 5 days and would not come down. During this time I asked the maintenance workers to get him down and they said to call the fire department. I did, the fire department does not do that anymore. The humane society, animal control and police were no help. Someone did mention that perhaps I should call a tree service. I called Arborzona Tree Service, the tree service nearest me. A lady answered the phone and I explained the situation to her. She said that she didn't know if they got cats out trees but she would call me back in a few minutes and let me know. She called me back and told me they would be here in about an hour. When they arrived I showed them where the cat was it only took them a few minutes to get the cat down. I offered to pay for their services but they would not here of it and were happy to do it since they were animal lovers themselves. So if I ever need a tree service again I'm calling Arborzona Tree Service. Arborzona helped when no one else would. Thank You Arborzona.

I've been using BJ's landscaping for a couple years I am very satisfied with the work. They're very flexible I need a date changed. Whenever there is a problem they let me know about it and if I have one for them there immediately able to correct it. Prior to them I went through three different landscapers. When I ask them to do a certain area but I want more attention to did you exactly as I wanted

We were a product of the February 2019 huge snow storm in North Scottsdale. We attempted to do the trimming ourselves, but the damage was too extensive, and we finally did a search for a professional. Jesse and his crew were rated highly, so we called them. They explained everything before they did the work, charged a fair price, and did an amazing job with the many trees in our yard. We will definitely call them again and will refer others to them when we can.
We had Jesse and his crew here again this past Monday to trim up some of our trees. We like that Jesse didn't just send his crew, but actually came with them to supervise and work with them. We walked the property together before they started and then during and after the work was completed. The trees look so much better and healthier now! I had a very sick shamel ash tree that needed immediate help. They came out right away and arranged for treatment to start the next day. They also fertilized my other trees and removed a dangerous palm tree. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and Dave is now my tree guy. He has a wonderful crew and I am so happy to have found such awesome arborists. The price was also very reasonable for everything they needed to do.

We had Elite tend to our 3 trees. They installed new irrigation to our trees and then deeply feed them. They gave us a hugh bottle of liquid fertilizer to use
monthly. Every person who showed up were all amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

Did a good job with my trees preparing them for monsoon. One of my trees recently came down and their crew cleaned it up. Fast and efficient.

I was able to get an estimate for a tree removal on the same day I called and service was scheduled for a few days later. I got a confirmation the day before and a 15 minute alert before they arrived. The whole crew was polite and friendly and very obviously knew what they were doing.
