I am SO happy with my entire experience with Tree Pros. We bought our house because of the massive tree in the backyard, but it had never been properly pruned, was off balance, dangerously overgrown and was starting to lose limbs. I expected my free estimate to be some random guy coming by and taking pictures to bring back to the office, but instead had a qualified Arborist consult with me in my yard about my specific tree and it's needs. I had a written estimate within the hour of his visit and was able to schedule the crew the same week. My crew was awesome! I didn't expect much from the crew except that they would of course do their job, but they were really top notch. They were very friendly and answered my questions. They were very respectful of the things in my yard and were just as respectful with my neighbors. I think the volume of branches they took off my tree would have filled my yard up to the top of the block walls if they weren't cleaning it all up as they went. The amount of debris was shocking - I was bracing for my tree to look like a skeleton. And that would have been okay, because the tree was in bad shape and we knew it needed a lot taken off. But I'm happy to report it still looks like a tree. I still have my leaves and some shade. It even looks taller without all that weight on the branches. Every cut was thoughtful and deliberate. Every twig and leaf was cleaned up from my yard before they left. They were so thorough! I was home watching them work, so I know the amount of hard labor that this took, but if I hadn't seen the during it would have seemed like my crew brought magic wands.

Had a tree blow over during last nights storm. I called Jason's at 8am this morning and the tree was removed and the area cleaned up by 1030am. Good service and what i think is reasonable rates.

Had Hayward out to remove a saguaro. They did an amazing job and were very fast. I was amazed at how thorough their cleanup was. Would use again!

It's the first time EVER that a tree service did not disappoint me! They showed up exactly on time. They did exactly the work we agreed on. The palm tree trimmer courageously dealt with rats jumping out of the tree on him. The irrigation specialist fixed a leak in minutes that several previous contractors were unable to fix after hours of work. Everyone cleaned up the work site very efficiently. Before this I had completely lost any hope of ever getting tree work done right but Design Tree Maintenance really came through for me.

My experience with this company was unpleasant. I would recommend getting many estimates and double checking what they tell you.

Trees For Needs gave a very strong endorsement for their sister company to do irrigation work for me. I found out after having the work done that they are not even licensed for irrigation. This is very upsetting to me.

They did a terrific job of pruning a variety of trees across my property . They also fed my trees and vines .
Very professional but also a friendly crew.
I will use them again for future work.

We have used PV Trimmers for several years for maintenance/trimming of our three palm trees, citrus, and the worlds most beautiful Palo Verde. They are bonded and insured plus they use excellent safety procedures at all times. Just did work on my citrus and two Palo Verdes great as usual

At my request, Dr. Dave made a house call so I could have him take a look at my mesquite tree. You could tell the tree had been there awhile. It took up half of my back yard and branches extended over a wall into my neighbors yard. There also was a long branch laying over part of my roof. With monsoon season almost upon us, I was getting more than a bit worried. What if a strong wind caused it to shift towards my house or my neighbors. I decided to have it removed. Branch Management did a great job. The men were very experienced and professional. I'm glad I chose them. You would be too.

They did amazing work and we really like Austin!! He always got back to me when I had any questions and is so helpful!! We had a tree that got sick and he was very responsive and the company called right back and scheduled to come out and replace it with no questions asked!! I highly recommend this company!! If you need work done and someone you can trust, ask for Austin!! I’m sure everyone there are just as good but I can only tell you my experience with Austin!!!!

Best service at an affordable price

I have two palms trees in my front yard and was shopping around for trimmers but everyone was quoting me way to high and would take several weeks to receive help. This guy came the next day and did for a way better price great service will definitely be using them again!

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. I’ll be calling Tom again in the spring for the next service. Thanks to Tom and his service team!

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

Mike and crew came out. Removed dead tree...trimmed everything. Did an awesome job! Very pleased.

I have mixed feeling about this review. I hired Divine Design to maintain my yard after I purchased a home and already had the initial clean up /trim etc. completed by another company. Divine Design quoted me for monthly maintenance including trees, debris. weed and water irrigation.

The quoted price was reasonable and I liked the fact that they have an only portal you sign up and insert a payment method and they auto bill after service.

First, I indicated when I started that I wanted monthly service starting in one month. Keep in mind the yard had just been cleaned up. They showed up two weeks early. I wasn't expecting the service so soon and wasn't in the area for more than a day after the service was completed. I gave the crew the benefit of the doubt that the condition my yard was in when I returned was due to weather in the more than 24 hours since it was serviced.

Fast forward two weeks and I get notice of another scheduled visit. I email them ensuring I had signed up for monthly not bi monthly. They agreed and I was to be monthly. A month rolls by with no scheduled service. Week five I email and I am on the schedule for that week. I didn't sign up for service every five weeks.

Fast forward to month two and they are late and pushed it to the next day which I happened to be working from home. They showed up, spent ~20ish minutes where they blew out the yard and put debris into a bucket. Within 10 minutes of them leaving I went outside to inspect and immediately sent cellphone picture's to Clara. They rushed the job. I had plant debris in my yard that wasn't even from my trees that they failed to collect. I also had weeds that per their quote were to be pulled and the roots sprayed. That didn't happen. Clara assured me they would be sent out again to redo it. This was a Saturday and they came back on the following Friday. No better than before. This time I provided video. Clara offered to send them a third time to which I don't understand that if the crew can't get it right in two trips what was the third trip going to provide but I agreed to let them try. I got an email saying they were running late and would be out the next day instead. That was a week ago and no visit or notification on status.

I am appreciative that they have refunded me the fee they charged for the lack luster maintenance. Two stars instead of one is because Clara tried but the crew doesn't perform the quality of job they are quoting to deliver.

Either lower your rates to the quality of maintenance you are providing (ie plant matter and weeds left in the yard which I wouldn't have signed up for) or ensure your crews can deliver the level of service you are quoting your customers. I removed my payment method this morning and I will find another company.

If you want to have to clean your own yard and pull weeds after this company services it for $123.50 a month then this is the company for you.

To be clear. I have been refunded and I have given full credit in my review for that but that doesn't change the hours of wasted time I spent dealing with this over the last month+

We highly recommend this company. The professionalism started with Ashley who had Jon, the owner write up a quote on tree trimming. I received the quote within hours. Shane led the crew that came out to trim three trees. After discussing with me how much trimming I wanted they worked nonstop for many hours. My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome. We certainly will use their services again.
