I knew right away that I wasn't going to use them. The 1st thing Scott said when he came to my house for an estimate is my house is 55 minutes from.their business.
Don't say you service the Valley if you don't. I told him I wanted my trees trimmed but he wanted to pull all of them. I had to tell him more then once I only wanted them trim.
He said it would take two trucks to bring a ladder. I guess they have never used pole saw. That's a chainsaw connected to a pole so now you know.
The business wanted 1500 to trim 4 trees! To anyone thinking about using them....run!
Know that they only pull trees and YOU need to live 5 minutes from the business off of the I-17.

Best tree service you can get here in the valley. Definitely will have these guys do all my future tree services. Good honest businesses are hard to come by these days, so if your looking for tree services call Hayward Tree Service!!

I love Design Tree Maintenance! Ben McGonigle, the arborist, really knows trees and how to keep them happy. The people who trim the trees are artists. The company is very responsive and stand behind their work 100%. I highly recommend them!

I have a huge eucalyptus tree in my front yard that is always subject to needing a good trim to prevent the heavy limbs from crashing down in the winds of Phoenix. The estimate was very reasonable, the crew showed up right on time, and everything was done in a matter of hours to my complete satisfaction. Sorry I don't have a picture but I have the prettiest eucalyptus tree anywhere around!

They did amazing work and we really like Austin!! He always got back to me when I had any questions and is so helpful!! We had a tree that got sick and he was very responsive and the company called right back and scheduled to come out and replace it with no questions asked!! I highly recommend this company!! If you need work done and someone you can trust, ask for Austin!! I’m sure everyone there are just as good but I can only tell you my experience with Austin!!!!

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

Really friendly people, genuinely cared about what I wanted done and doing it right. I had a large tree that needed trimming without damaging underlying plants and they did a fantastic job. They did a thorough job cleaning up afterward and were very friendly the whole time. They worked with my schedule and gave me a good price. I’d highly recommend.

Just had a giant over grown mesquite tree trimmed. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment and they came out by Friday. Staff professional and friendly. They also did a great job with clean up. Great prices!

Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

I have 15 palm trees that are over 40 ft tall. Murphy's trim them for the last 16 years. Cleanup was thorough. I reccomend them to everyone who need treework.

I am a new home owner and needed landscaping ASAP! Called a couple places around my area. Divine Design called back after the weekend and Clara helped me out. From start to finish with setting up my account was very professional. With this Covid virus making everything harder to get Clara made it way easier. Nathan also texted me and informed me about the service on May 18th. On the day of service I was very happy. Trees cut and all the needed landscaping was done and was on my way to work which made my day. I am very impressed and happy Divine Design doing my landscaping from here on out.

I've used these guys for years. I have a HUGE mesquite tree in my front yard. At least once, sometimes twice a year - I have them come out and have do a Top, Thin, and Shape. JR and his team do a great job. I rely on them so I don't get fan mail from City of Phoenix for growing my tree into their light pole

Service was great. Good communication, job done correctly. Would recommend to anyone.
