The service provided for tree removal and stump grinding was satisfactory beyond my belief. Both crews were fast and complete in a time so quick I couldn't realize it was all done.

His amazing team trimmed our severely overgrown mesquite tree with structural and artistic expertise. Considering the professionalism and skill of their arborists, prices are very reasonable. Our tree is now on its way to a 200 year old lifespan!

So it was very refreshing to deal with Sal because he is honest, straight forward, and does a great job without the typical upselling that seems so common among contractors these days. Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just great! Tom answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. I’ll be calling Tom again in the spring for the next service. Thanks to Tom and his service team!

American Tree Masters are the best! Dan came out and gave me a very detailed estimate for all the trees on the property and explained everything in detail. The crew that came out were awesome. Friendly, polite and did an amazing job trimming all the trees and listened to any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend them to friends. Excellent customer service!

The previous owner wasn't good to work with or stood behind his business. I would have given him a 1 star. However once Jennifer took over as the owner, she was definitely a 5 star person who really stood behind her business and would always text or call me the same day I would contact her. Not only did she stop by initially to see and try to fix the previous owner's screw-ups, she personally came and even did some of the work. I can't say enough about how professional and ethical she is. Thus, I gave them a 4 star only because of the original problems he caused. I would give Jennifer's company a 5 star review. She did great.

Murphy's tree service showed up on my front door wanting to trim my front olive tree. I told the worker I could not afford the $350 for the tree and said I did not want it down. So Today, a week later the worker came to my house and said they were here for the trimming of the tree. I said I did not schedule a tree trim. He proceeded to call Mr Murphy and I went back to work. My phone rang and one of my employees answered and it was Mr Murphy demanding to talk to Carol. She got on the phone and he proceeded to yell at her demanding she get her tree trimmed. I hung up on him. He called back a second time and my employee answered the phone only to get yelling and was VERY force full, angry, rude, disrespectful, demanding and continued to harass me . Three times he called back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...

Fantastic company! A certified arborist came out and took his time to talk about each tree I was concerned with. Very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time and trimmed our trees beautifully! Their clean up was just as good, better than when they arrived. Great responsive company with professionalism.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!
