Best Maintenance Work in Phoenix AZ

Fernando and the Luis crew were on time and completed the work we agreed upon. Fernando answered my questions about the health of a couple trees that we ended up having to cut down. I think he demonstrated that he knows what he's talking about. He was also accommodating when we requested that he be careful about a bird's nest in a tree. he was really customer-service-oriented. so good job everybody! I'll use you again. I think this was the third or fourth time.

Really good quality

This company does not do what you contract with them to do. Unfortunately they do an incomplete job and will not answer your calls after they leave. Use them at your peril! They left the stumps about a foot above grade level claiming that It will settle over time. They also do not follow up on their promises to return and rectify an incomplete job because of An inconvenient distance. Caveat Emptor!

Deep fertilization of our citrus. Trimmed the overgrown trees from our neighbor's yard. Excellent job with both. He cleaned up the yard so you did not know he was even there. Will use them again.

Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

Part of our yard is a wash and it gets really torn up in rain/storms and after contacting them via their website, I was able to meet Ana within days, get a quote, and the team came out that Saturday to get our yard looking 100x better! Already set up reoccurring services for yard maintenance. Very happy with quality and value.

I was referred to Liberty Tree Experts from Home Advisor, after being contacted by 4 tree removal companies, Liberty Tree Experts was the cheapest. I'm glad I selected them, they removed the tree and 40 + shrubs (roots and all) and hauled everything away and did a thorough clean up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tree and/or shrubs removed. Seeing so many 5 out of 5 stars in the reviews doesn't surprise me, I gave them a 5 star rating after they completed the job.

The work crew showed up when they said they would and cut down several trees and pruned our shrubbery as well. The work was excellent! Removed and cleaned all cut materials such as debris, leaves, limbs. If anyone is looking for an affordable and professional tree company, this is the one! Excellent results 100%

The day of the appointment, he thoroughly explained options and prices taking into account the tree needs (which had never been professionally trimmed and was huge) and the aesthetic we were looking for. Work was done within his estimated couple hours and everything was tidied up after. He was very kind, fast, and efficient and our tree looks fantastic. Very competitive pricing for the work needed and I will definitely contact him for any future tree needs.

Fabian was amazing. We had another company cancel on us last minute with no offer to reschedule so we were left to hunt for another tree trimmer and so glad we did. Fabian and his crew showed up to our house within the hour! He explained everything thoroughly and they were done quickly, leaving the yard clean from debris. We will definitely use these guys again. The best service tree care

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job removing our 22 foot Queen Palm that had died. The location the tree was in in a corner with a waterfall and pigmy palms surrounding and all were not touched. They also did a great job cleaning up and hauling everything away. Great group and reasonably priced..

Goodman's Landscape Maintenance did a complete overhaul of our backyard (and front yard) after an auto crashed into our backyard, literally destroying our backyard. David and his team were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, our house looks absolutely amazing! During the project, we had to go out of town and our neighbors commented how professional the crew was. They were all of in uniform, supervisors were on site giving direction to the crew to ensure the job was done to our specifications. Our neighbor was also impressed with how hard they worked throughout the whole day, even when we weren't there to supervise. Our neighbors were so impressed they are going to be contacting Goodman's for some work they need to do as well. I highly recommend Goodman's to anyone that wants their job done right, done on time, and done in a very high quality manner. Their follow-through on every aspect has been nothing short of amazing!
