The trimming crew arrived within the time window given by the scheduler. The initial contact crew person could have better communicated my directions to the crew regarding not walking on our travertine pool deck with their equipment, but that was easy to correct. I was impressed with their work, they were much better than the crew from another firm that we had used years earlier. They trimmed our two mature pine trees masterfully. They did a good job cleaning up all of the cutting debris. They were followed up about an hour later by the fertilizer soil injector. He did an acceptable job, however wasn't as good of a communicator. I will need to contact the arborist to clarify the follow-up monthly fertilizer applications. Overall, we were impressed with their work, and would use the for future work.

I have a cottonwood tree growing several above ground roots that were soon to invade my neighbors property. I submitted a request for a free consultation and was contacted promptly. Dan came out and took his personal time to help me rectify my problem and did not charge me a dime. I insisted on paying for his time and service but he refused and requested I enjoy this holiday season, worry free. His kindness blessed my entire day and restored my faith in humanity. I will recommend this company to everyone. This company truly demonstrates excellent customer service and genuine respect for their customers. I'm overjoyed by my experience today. Had Hayward out to remove a saguaro. They did an amazing job and were very fast. I was amazed at how thorough their cleanup was. Would use again!

I hired Harris and Sons to trim my three trees after the storm in Fountain Hills end of February. All they did was remove the downed branches. I called them back to say none of the trees had even been trimmed - just branches removed for a whopping $850.00! They did come back and trimmed just one of the trees, the other two are now almost dragging on the ground they are so out-of-shape.

Do NOT use this company - there are many other great landscaping companies out there that actually care about the customer and do a decent job. Harris and Sons sadly doesn’t care about anything but the dollar.

These guys are pros! They know how to trim/prune/fertilize and leave a clean area when completed. On time and thorough. Mario was on top of it and the crew was amazing in the large trees and doing it the right way! I’ve used them twice and will do so again.

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.

I have two palms trees in my front yard and was shopping around for trimmers but everyone was quoting me way to high and would take several weeks to receive help. This guy came the next day and did for a way better price great service will definitely be using them again!

I have to admit to having let my backyard get totally out of control with invasive trees. I was forced to address the issue when the trees grew into the powerlines. Phoenix Tree Toppers gave me a very reasonable quote on cleaning up the entire yard and removal of a huge pine in the front. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with them on large cleaning and small removal jobs over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unreliable. I hired them to trim my palm trees and they did a no show/no call on the day of the job. They came before to look at the job and give me a quote, I hired them, and we agreed on a day they would come. I took off work that day so I could be here to pay them and they didn't show, didn't call, and ghosted me. Palm Kings wasted a full day of my time.

Tom and his crew are by far the best in the business. If you want the job done right and done well. I highly recommend them. I have been in the landscaping industry for ten years and one thing you learn is the NEVER go with someone I experienced. Tom and his crew will be the only people I call!
