Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. WeBuildRes is a very professional company from top to bottom. Scott, Tyler and Bryan were creative and yet very easy to work with. Their subcontractors are on time, courteous and clean. We had a devastating flood in our house and WeBuildRes did an amazing job making our house better and much more livable than before. I am in the Construction industry and I would strongly recommend them to anyone for projects large or small.

Our experience began with a professional and insightful follow-up for Lyons roofing to submit a proposal to do a complete repair of our 40 year-old clay tile roof over our main home and re-roofing of our flat patio roof. The proposal was thorough, carefully throughout, and fully discussed during the proposal visit and final acceptance visit.
The actual roofing job was done by an exceptionally gifted group of three experienced roofers, led by a job foreman who continually exhibited care, thought, and pride in doing the best job possible. This foreman communicated with us, the supervisor, and safety officer regularly, yet consistently exhibited leadership in doing the job properly and much better than the original roof that lasted 40 years with only minor leaks. We have never been more satisfied with a large, important job as this, constantly feeling that we certainly got more than than our money's worth and constantly were great full that we selected Lyons for this job. Plus, we continually were in awe of the roofers expertise and competency. Everything that we expected to be done was done, and even much better than expected. Our 5-star rating covers every aspect of our roofing experience with Lyons roofing.

Sean and his team installed my roof roughly a year ago in about 2 days! Not only did he quote a competitive price for the roof (I went out for 5 bids) but he also helped address some repair/replacement issues with my carport posts as well as building a section to connect 2 separate block walls together. His team really laid a sharp-looking roof: the shingles are nicely staggered and smooth, all the flashings, vent pipes, and attic vents were all color matched to the shingles, and everything was very neat and clean when they finished the job. When selling the house this year, a nervous buyer wanted all the flashings resealed. I contacted Sean and requested he come out to inspect and beef up the sealants around any roof openings. He was very obliging and said it was no problem to come out on such short notice. In short, he did the work, documented it’s completion with photos, and provided a receipt making it all so easy to appease the home buyer. He really saved the sale! I can’t recommend Sean and PCC Roofing & Construction enough!
