I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

I have hired AVC on several different occasions for a variety of jobs, and I have been extremely pleased with their work every time! They have done carpet stretching, washer and dryer installation, drywall repair, and plumbing work for us, and each time we were so impressed by their attention to detail to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly. Steven consistently goes above and beyond what is required, and is excellent at communicating the progress of the job throughout the process. His integrity as well as the quality of the work he does sets him apart from competitors and makes AVC a pleasure to work with. We will be hiring AVC in the near future for our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!

Space Solutions in as an outstanding company that does an excellent job and stands behind their products. They installed very attractive garage cabinets. The designer first came out and helped me select the cabinets and took the measurements. He was professional, articulate and versed in their product line.Likewise the installer was very professional, timely, got right to work and had them installed properly. This whole outfit is a joy to work with. They always answer the phone and if somebody has to call you back they do so promptly. The cabinets look so good that I’ve already ordered additional.

The Response Crew rocks!!! I spoke with Jenifer initially who was super friendly and professional. She set me up immediately with a handyman who was to arrive the next day around noon. I got a call from Gregg the next day who said he would be arriving early if that was ok which was totally professional and cool. Gregg was very friendly and said he could handle the repair of my gate no problem. He did a rockstar job and my gate works better than ever. He offered to fix anything else that I needed since he finished early. What a cool dude. I would 100% recommend these awesome people to anyone who needs home repair. Made my day, thanks!!!!

George did a great job installing our dog door and even repaired our front door when he noticed it was sticking. Great communication by the whole team and he was right on time! Would definitely recommend and use again

Old or new did a complete remodel of my 3 br 2 bath home. The work was exceptional, the clean up throughout the 5 month project was better and more thorough than I expected.. I would give them 5 stars and absolutely recommend them unconditionally.

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.
