Atomic was fantastic to work with and we are very happy with our new floor! Adam, Ashley, Abraham, and Jake, each helped us walk through one of the biggest projects for our new home! We looked at several options, but are very glad we went with Atomic. Some key points are:

1. Excellent quality work at a very reasonable and more than competative price! This included a large staircase, all of the second floor, and one room downstairs. Jake & Ashley walked us through an almost overwhelming selection of products, patiently explaining the various ins & outs of each type of flooring, and helping us select a floor that met our desires as well as our overall budget!
2. Fast, friendly, professional service. We didn't have to wait several weeks until the start of our project, and once started, the crew worked hard to finish the job quickly and professionally. Once the project started, they completed the job within a week!
3. It's a locally owned business. I we felt like valued customers from beginning to end, and not as an afterthought or just another brick-in-the-wall. This included quickly answering our numerous questions throughout the entire project.

Not as good of a selection as I was hoping for in the store. The person helping me was nice enough but I had to go somewhere else to find what I was looking for.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Had two rooms that I wanted to replace the carpet with tile that matched what the home builder had installed. Got several quotes, the price was reasonable plus Alan and his team were able to get to work with in a few days of receiving their bid, which in the mess of post COVID scheduling was amazing! AK Brands is a fantastic company. Ali and his team did such a great job tiling our entire house two years ago and we liked them so much that we hired them to do our master bath remodel. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.
