Best Pre-Construction in Phoenix AZ

We have been looking for a custom cabinet maker for the last 6 months. A friend of ours recently had Sanels install custom cabinets for them, and we gave them a call. Throughout the process, they made us feel as if we were the only customers they had. They were professional, courteous, very responsive to all our questions and made the entire process go smoothly. I would highly recommend Sanels Wholesale Cabinets to anyone.

Phoenix Cabinet Company did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom cabinets! They came out and measured, gave me so many style options, put together design drawings, installed our cabinets and came back out after the project was complete to make sure we were satisfied! The entire transaction was seamless. I will work with them again on any new project I have! The whole team is wonderful!

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Wonders of Wood and the fine work they did in refinishing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. From beginning to end, their process was excellent. The sales representative, Joe, thoroughly explained their process, pricing and payment schedule. After we signed a contract, he gave a schedule for completion and they stuck to it. Their work crew showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly with few breaks. They kept me informed on their progress, paid close attention to detail and ensured that I had use of my kitchen throughout the project. In the end, they delivered a beautiful kitchen. It was hard to believe such a great transformation could happen in just 5 days. We are extremely pleased we would definitely make them our first call for any similar future projects that may arise in the future. Thank you Wonders of Wood.

We humans always take time out to write bad reviews but often forget to thank and recommend the business if they do a good job. I started my entryway closet design with Nicole Cassavani. She was amazing to work with but unfortunately she left in the middle of my project. Once the cabinets were delivered there were some parts that were missing. Jeff clark went above and beyond to address my issues. I really appreciate what he did for us in these difficult times of supply chain and worker shortages issues. I would not hesitate to give them another business and have already recommended them to many of friends and family.

Good and bad. The cabinets themselves are very nice, good quality and very reasonable for the quality. However, we have 2 drawers that don't close correctly and we have been trying to get a touch up kit for a year and a half. The side of the pantry cabinet came with a big stripe of white where there is no finish. I have emailed and called CFA and all I get is the same response, Call the installer in Tucson that you got them from. I asked him many times for a touch up kit and never got one. We no longer want to deal with him for a lot of reasons. Then we replaced the refrigerator and need a shorter cupboard to go above it. An installer in Phoenix tried to get one for us, but they told him his boss would have to order it. We decided to forget it and we just can't open that cupboard ever because the refrigerator hinge is in the way. It isn't worth dealing with it any more. It will just stay shut and unused. I think it is sad that this company hides behind their installers and doesn't stand behind their product. We had a great experience with Closets by Design, from the initial contact to the installation, it has been smooth process! We installed 6 cabinets and a full, 8ft. workbench as well. Lot's of space!! The rep. was extremely helpful in explaining our options and gave us drawings and quotes on the first appointment. I felt the price was competitive and fair. Their knowledge, experience and personal service was above every other company around.
We found Closets by Design from another new build in our new community who was using them for garage cabinets as well. Their recommendation was the same as ours. Excellent!
Save yourself the homework of comparing companies. These guys are way ahead of the pack!

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

They are a GREAT local company. I researched several and found Quick Response GC to be the best. Our installer was early and GREAT > cleaned up super. He reviewed ALL the details and confirmed selections and layout and 'other things' that helped me to know that it would look BEAUTIFUL ! Thanks guys !! Chuck in Scottsdale
