We got very good service from Jonathan who installed a 12' bank of garage storage cabinets. We had used a different company in the past only to have the cabinets fall off the wall and injure my wife. The installer was actually a craftsman from taking wood and making the garage cabinets look unbelievable. He worked nonstop for five hours until the cabinets in. very professional cleaned up after himself. Quick response gave me the best price on cabinets I just didn’t expect this quality.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Requested a quote online to have our garage floors coated (25 year old house and still had the original uncoated floors) and some cabinets installed. Scott arrived on-time, walked me through the options, and came with samples. After some measurements he gave me a rough quote and followed it up with a formal quote later that day. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to change he floor color when we were accepting the quote and it was quickly updated. Floors were installed first. Crew arrived on-time and explained the process in detail answering all my questions. Takes most of the day as the different coats need time to cure but they kept me updated on the status and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The cabinets were installed later and the installer was on-time. Reviewed the specs of the order, answered a couple questions that I had and go to it. Explained the care and maintenance of the cabinets once they were installed. All-around great experience and would definitely use this company again!

This is our second cabinet installation by this company. We liked them so much we did our second garage. We just finished up our garage floor and three cabinets with Quick Response and well, they knocked it out of the park! From the knowledgeable estimate to the timeliness of the crews doing the floors and the cabinets, all spot on to what we were envisioning for our garage. They have so many options for a garage floor, we decided on an Adobe Brick color. It was a tad light going on, but they assured us it would darken some and it ended up being exactly what we wanted. We only park one car and a motorcycle in there with room to work and we discussed all that before they started... great listeners!

Kurt, and Robert headed up the phases and everyone was so nice and even fun to work with! We had questions during the whole process and they were so helpful and professional answering our question before and after each phase. The installer was professional, efficient and left no trace that he was here other than the cabinets he installed. He arrived on time, and finished almost to the minute when he said he would be done. Fabulous company. We had been cancelled on twice by someone we had first hired to replace our garage door opener, so after a quick google search this company came up. Glad we chose to give this company a call. I've never been quoted a price over the phone and have it stay the same after all is said and done, but that's what the rep did when we called in to make an appointment. They even showed up a couple hours earlier than was promised (with notice of course!). The last company that had serviced the door had done a poor job replacing the coil (it was loose along with a couple other issues) and Bryan fixed it all! Within an hour our door is working better than ever and come to find out they do cabinets too, which means we'll definitely be giving them a call when we decide to finally fix up the ones we have in the garage. They were great! Salesman seemed knowledgeable and was very detailed. Customer service when calling in to schedule was kind and helpful. They are currently booking at least 6 weeks out (sooner than other quotes we got - others were 7-8 weeks) but there was a cancellation so we got them scheduled only two weeks out! Super lucky! The cabinets were installed in about 6 hours. I couldn’t believe how quick it was! Installer was out by about 2pm! The cabinets look great and exactly how I was picturing. After 5 hours we have already been getting compliments from neighbors and have handed out the company info twice! So far I can’t complain about anything!

The cabinets look great in terms looks and quality. no negotiations no haggling, no pressure, so that made it easy. got the quote and once signed the contract the cabinets were installed after 3 weeks.

The company is awesome. I met with Scott the sales representative. He was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. Another garage door company told me I need to change the Lift Master, Scott told me my Lift master is good and no need to change it, hence saving me $1000 for a new garage door opener. He gave me a reasonable price for the Garage door, Cabinets, and epoxy Floors. He showed me the samples and the catalog to make my selection easier. The office Scheduled me for all three jobs. The Garage door installation went first. They came on schedule day and on time, and he worked hard to remove the old door and replace it with new one. He cleaned up afterward. Very neat and clean. Later that week they Epoxy the garage floor. They were on time and did an excellent job. A couple days later they installed the cabinet in my garage. Everybody who came to my project job site was So nice and friendly and their goal is to make you happy. The office Staff are very nice too and keep you informed of everything.I am so pleased with the work they did and I will absolutely recommend them. Do not waste your time going around and looking, they are the best one stop shop to do all your garage needs.

The following day I received a text confirmation the Danny was on his way (and was on time). He let us know everything up front so there were no hidden fees. He quickly completed the job. As we went to pay him he saw my fiance's firefighter equipment and asked about it. He generously declined to accept our payment and thanked my fiance for his service. I insisted on payment, but he felt compelled to thank us with his service.

We had to have our garage floor torn out due to some rambunctious tree roots. My wife and I decided to make over the garage. In comes Quick Response Floor and Cabinet! We had to wait 50 days for the concrete to fully cure to get the epoxy floor done. Robbie and Trey came to do the floors. Very courteous, professional, and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL floor when it was complete!! These guys knew what they were doing!

Then a couple weeks later we had Justin come in to install the cabinets. Again, professional, courteous and absolutely fantastic. The cabinets look beautiful and I have more storage than I started with! I wish I would have done this a long time ago - minus the concrete tear out. My garage looks like a million bucks!

My garage door decided to get wrecked last Friday night at midnight. Of course I had company in town for the weekend so I needed help right a way. I called Quick Response and was blown away that on a Saturday morning they said that they could have a tech to my home within 30 min. Closer to 20 minutes Ryan showed up and assured me that it was a quick fix. He said he could replace the rail that was bent beyond belief and the rollers and replaced the springs in less than 2 hours. It actually only took him about an hour and 15 minutes. I normally do all work on my home, no matter how big but I needed it done right then. I was thoroughly empresses with Ryan. My son and I were in awe. It’s awesome to watch people perform their craft. Having the correct tools and the training, Ryan made the job look so easy. I really appreciate the work that Ryan and Wuick Response did for me. I will recommend them to anybody that has an issue with their garage door.

Needed overhead garage storage, and set up an estimate really quickly, and the install less than two weeks later. They were on time, professional, and I'm really happy with how it worked out. There are a lot of options out there -- but go with a local company when you can!

This company really performs as they advertise. They built 2 walls of garage cabinets and 2 roof racks that turned out perfect and affordable vs Home Depot. Then I needed one wall of cabinets removed and another roof rack installed Months later because we needed more room to park a larger vehicle and then came back and in less than 3 hours everything was completed again for a reasonable price. All of the installers are knowledgeable and professional.

Came out on same day service call to replace and install my garage door opening motor that failed without warning. Tech was pleasant and did his job quickly. Product is an upgrade (super quiet) and I am thrilled with the results.

Good product for its price point which is for fairly basic garage cabinets. The do add cleats that help reinforce many joints. They also do drawers, which I did. Good drawers but current design (March 2019) wastes quite a bit of vertical space and sides on drawers are not full height, only about half height of drawer opening. Having said that, they work well and I'm glad I got them. My highest praise goes to my installer, Mario, who was competent and paid attention to details. Overall this is a good company with a good product at a competitive price point on garage cabinets. I can recommend them for basic cabinets without reservation. Getting a quote was also a big plus...they truly are Quick Response to meet at your house, measure, and give you a quote. Install was a week later.

This company is head and shoulders over the competition. We had an emergency (backed into our garage door) and called two companies that promised same-day service, as we could not close our garage door. Neither of them showed up. So we got Quick Response at 5 pm, they promised to come, and came after hours, did a perfect job of repair, reasonably priced, and we are so thankful!!! They are undoubtedly the best in all ways.

WOW! It is so hard to find the 1 contractor out of 10 that actually do good work, but these guys are one of those. Not only did they come out for the estimate the same day I called, on a Tuesday, but they came and installed the custom cabinets for my garage the same week - that Saturday! The installer, Robert, was prompt and courteous while explaining what he was going to do. In the middle of the installation I realized I had given incorrect dimensions, informed the installer and asked him to stop. After discussing, he was able to stop what he was doing, evaluate the changes and then make adjustments. It cost me one more day (and a few more dollars) but he was able to acommodate the error. Robert even came to finish the job when he was sick. He said the only reason he was out of bed was to finish this job. I don't give many recommendations for contractors but this is one I will recommend to anyone. Extremely reasonable prices, fast and courteous sales people and installers, and good, quality work.

Company was incredibly responsive to my inquiry and Scott did a great job on the cost estimates and sketches of the cabinets and explaining how they would be installed, positioned and what they would like. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience for both my floor coating and cabinets. All of the workers were friendly, professional and punctual. I did have an issue with a small area of the epoxy floor that did not cure properly and they were on top of it right away. They went over and above my expectations to correct it. You have done a professional job and I like the final product. The garage cabinets are beautiful. However, there is a minor issue. The right drawer sliding mechanism seems to be sluggish in comparison to the other two drawers. I did not notice it until your installers were gone. Both your installers were great and easy to work with. I am sure they would address the sliding mechanism issue if I have noticed it before they were gone.

Scheduling was handled well. A person came out to look at the layout of the garage, measure, and provide options. The installer, Justin was friendly, provide an accurate estimate of time to complete the job, and left the space clean. Not to mention, Justin's work was excellent. I heard they do garage doors too. Highly skilled and professional installation of a Garage Door Opener purchased through Lowe's was performed by Ryan. We then bought a new garage door directly from Quick Response based on the door opener installation. The company used texts and calls to keep us updated on timing. Prices are competitive but the service and quality is excellent.

We just moved into an 18 year old house that was in dire need of a garage overhaul. We called quick response and they came out the next day. They gave us very reasonable estimates on cabinets, epoxy flooring and an insulated garage door and new opener. We ordered everything. They didn’t request any money up front. A week later they demo’d the existing makeshift shelving and installed beautiful cabinets. Our floor is scheduled next then the door, can’t wait. I would highly recommend them. Woke up this morning to a deranged garage door after a spectacular storm. After a failed attempt at reaching a competitor (they were the last to service the door), I saw the high reviews for this place and went for it. Sure enough, a friendly person answered the phone and scheduled a repair visit to happen in just a couple of hours.

The garage door had been neglected a bit too long (it's about 50 years old, and had been serviced about 9 years ago from what I can tell) and the 60 mph gusts last night did it no favors, pushing it into failure mode. I was shown the clearly visible damage, it was repaired well, suggestions were given for future consideration without any hard up-selling BS. These folks will be my first call next time, no doubt.

Great company. You get what you pay for. Yes, you could do it cheaper yourself, but when Quick Response comes they get it done fast and they do this for a living, so they know what they’re doing. Danny was my installer. Answered any questions I had and helped set up the WiFi connection for the garage door opener. Also, with the Chamberlain system that was installed, Rapid Resonse covers the install, as well as the equipment for 5 years ( Belt and motor have lifetime warranty ) in addition to the Chamberlain standard warranty of 1 year.

Quick Response installed a basic set of garage storage units. The technician (Rueben) was on time, worked efficiently, was friendly and cleaned up before he left. I had similar cabinets that were installed by the previous owner so I knew what to expect. Nice quality product, great installation and Rueben handed everything back to me before noon.

Showed up immediately and fixed the broken part of the garage in less than one hour. We were relieved at the price and the appropriate repair - we were concerned they might recommend changing out the entire door or at least the bottom quarter panel after one of us (not naming names) backed into the door.

Our garage door weatherstrip seal at the bottom was worn flat and not working to seal out the weather, bugs, etc. The entire door was replaced at the end of August 2015, almost exactly 4 years ago, but the seal was now entirely flat for about a foot in length at both ends of the door. When I opened the door, the seal stayed flat and did not flex at all on either end. I called them today, a Saturday, and a tech was out in just a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He had the seal replaced in a short time, and it is stronger and provides a tighter seal than the OEM seal that came with the door did when it was first installed. He even provided some advice on how to seal the weatherstripping connected to the garage frame at the bottom of each side of the door. Would highly recommend!

Daniel came to my house immediately. Our garage door can unattached. I was afraid for my kids as I’m a single mom and couldn’t close my garage door. It was at night and Daniel the owner fixed my door so it can close over night. He also gave me a great and amazing deal on a new door. Which I’ve been needing for years. Poor installation. Shelves move. asked about stability by installing bracket from the wall and I was told I need to do that myself. If not secure, the movement will eventually strip the securement from the ceiling. Was told since im not using the shelves all the time it will take awhile for anything to happen. So in a few years I'll need to fix or replace the securement. How awesome to purchase an item only to be told you get to fix it later.

Everyone from the estimator, to the receptionist, to the installer we’re friendly and responsive. They arrived on time and we’re efficient.

After I contacted this company online, they reached out to me soon after. Their estimators came and gave me a quote and set an appointment in a timely fashion.

The installer came within the timeframe I was given, and charged the exact price I was given—with no attempts at up selling or any other BS. Justin, the man doing the job, was courteous and easy to talk to. He got the job done well, and in a timely fashion.

From the initial appointment setting for the estimate through the last bead of caulk, everyone on the team was efficient and helpful and did great work. I could have given up 4-5 labor intensive weekends with corresponding weekend warrior aches and pains for what they did in 8 total work hours and a very reasonable price. We selected both epoxy flooring and cabinets and now the garage is the best looking room in our house! Special thanks to Scott, Kurt and Ruben!
