Best Pre-Construction in Phoenix AZ

Had 3 broken windows on my rental house. Called Sunny State and Dwayne came right out and measured for a glass replacement since the windows were fine and I didn’t want them completely replaced. Dwayne was professional and friendly and Bree called me with a quote right away that was very reasonable. The glass was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Since the house is now empty and on the market, Dwayne went in and replaced the glass without needing me there. The windows look great, and ready for the new owner!

I had a wonderful experience with K &J windows. From working with Tony to secure a quote all the way to installation the company was easy to work with. Every question I had was answered and every time I called someone answered. Jose, Jacob and Scott did the installation and were wonderful! They worked quickly and got the job done ahead of schedule. The Krasiva weather shield vision 2500 are the windows we felt would be perfect. They look outstanding and make our house look so much nicer. The installation only took 1 1/2 days and went perfect with no issues no problems. So happy with the company and product.

I called in to have someone come out and quote on a few windows I thought needed to be replaced. My handyman had told me the cause of a few water leaks was due to the windows. Jason was able to come out within a few hours of my call. After inspecting the windows, he concluded that the leak wasn't from the windows and that the windows were holding up pretty well. I would be very wary about there drivers. They are very dangerous, foul mouthed techs. I'm not sure I would trust them in my home
