Worked there for about 3 days. All the workers and staff were great people. But the pay was horrible. They want you to be a carpenter, mover, and a factory workers all for the low price of $16.00 an hour. I was so mentally drained after those 3 days I didn’t even care that they never paid me for it I just wanted out

The Installer will not correct the issues/problems. I called CFA cabinets to see if they would give me the replacement doors and they stated that I would have to go through my installer P.F.S. Construction & Design/ James Cadzow I have asked repeatedly for him to replace cabinet doors and to get me a shelf for 36 cabinets that he told me did not come with shelves and that he'd had to pay extra for the one he got for me. Cabinets are nice service is poor at best. Keep in mind this kitchen has only been in use for about 2 weeks and hinges are not working and doors are splitting.

Bad!!! I used Cabinets for less and they ordered CFA ... been waiting on the correct warranty Doors for over 2 months!! We have recieved more Doors that we don't need(YES THEY SENT MORE WROMG DOORS THAN THE CORRECT DOORS) and we are still waiting on the correct doors. NOW NO ONE LIKES TO CALL ME BACK! TONY THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER WARRENTY MANAGER, MAYBE HE NEEDS AN ASISTANT!

Good and bad. The cabinets themselves are very nice, good quality and very reasonable for the quality. However, we have 2 drawers that don't close correctly and we have been trying to get a touch up kit for a year and a half. The side of the pantry cabinet came with a big stripe of white where there is no finish. I have emailed and called CFA and all I get is the same response, Call the installer in Tucson that you got them from. I asked him many times for a touch up kit and never got one. We no longer want to deal with him for a lot of reasons. Then we replaced the refrigerator and need a shorter cupboard to go above it. An installer in Phoenix tried to get one for us, but they told him his boss would have to order it. We decided to forget it and we just can't open that cupboard ever because the refrigerator hinge is in the way. It isn't worth dealing with it any more. It will just stay shut and unused. I think it is sad that this company hides behind their installers and doesn't stand behind their product. Here is a photo of the corner of the pantry cupboard where the finish is missing and a photo of the whole kitchen finished with my mosaic backsplash. Nice cupboards, but bad customer service.

They have great friendly knowledgeable staff and ladies that work in the front office are super helpful they make sure you have everything that you need and everything that you came in for

I WORKED HERE FOR 2 months. THE CEO DANNY GONZALES IS DISGUSTING!!! HE FIRED ME FOR NO REASON AND THEN PROCEEDS TO OFFER ME EASY MONEY AND TO ADD HIM ON SNAP. HE LITERALLY OFFERED ME TO WORK FOR AN ADULT INDUSTRY JOB he supposedly owns. i was going to keep quiet but it’s disgusting that just because he’s CEO he gets to get away with this!!! NO WAY! i’m sick to my stomach!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS place for as long as he’s the CEO!!!! do not!

if i could give zero stars i would!!! the CEO DANNY is disgusting, he was making comments to my niece who used to work for him!!! ITS A JOKE. He made commentary very inappropriate!! she was a receptionist for only 2 months and this happened to her. if you buy from this company remember you’re only helping the CEO get away with what he did. It is not the first time.
