Promises made and promises kept. Well, not so much the kept part!

Six Points is to work with you to design your dream kitchen. Order and receive the cabinetry then confirm that the order is undamaged and correct before delivery to the customer. Supply you with a detailed drawing. Sent your info out to several installers that will be contacting you eager to provide their services and all you have to do is just pick the bid/one you like best.

What actually happen:
We asked for a spice rack and on the other side of the kitchen a Lazy Susan. David Kalmick of Six Points decided since we wanted the Lazy Susan, we no longer needed the spice rack, so he didn't order it. We asked for a cabinet to face backwards designed to utilized what would be dead space located under a 10 countertop overhang, a cabinet with what would be a useless drawer was delivered. As far as the eager installers none of which contacted us, so I got a hold of David he gave me the names of only two installers one was booked for the next two months and the other one, I'm still waiting for his bid. We had to find our own. Regarding the wrong cabinet, it wasn't discovered until after my old kitchen was tore out, so we had to put the countertop installation on hold and wait until David re-ordered the correct one. Living without a working kitchen for over a month is really inconvenient! The drawing he supplied was so poorly written/incomplete the installer I hire could not make sense of it, so mistakes were made. What David did order that we did not want or need were three planks of 3 crown molding that would never fit our project two complete refrigerator enclosures, we only have one refrigerator and also way to much kick paneling. He said don't worry you didn't pay for the extra items but he didn't supply us with and is ignoring my repeated request for an itemized part list.
Originally I asked David to keep it in the same footprint of the old cabinets not wanting to cut floor tile in order to keep down expense, he agreed. We didn't find out until the cabinets were installed that was impossible unless you are okay with draws hitting things. David would say your installer should know that he's was just trying to follow your drawing. The cabinetries he sold us are okay if you like a lot of particle board and plywood for premium prices with a horrible fit and finish.
Update:
I asked David to pick up the extra/wrong material and leave a check for their value and maybe something for our inconvenience and added expense due to his mistakes. David said he would pick up the extra parts but no check and he still has not provided a itemized part list.
Business will make mistakes but owning up to them is what separates good ones from the bad. David claims that the cabinet manufacturer were the ones that made the mistakes! I didn't order from the manufacturer I ordered from Six Points and Six Points was the ones that were to confirm that were correct and they are the ones that did delivered the order to my home.

From the first phone call to Trish (owner/office) to John (owner/sales) to Michael (installer), the experience could not have been better. The cabinets look fantastic and we have already received many compliments. We are most impressed with the quality of the materials, especially the metal edges on the shelves and the finished doors on both sides. John was so responsive in meeting with us and he was able to make a last minute adjustment to the order. We could not be more pleased.

The installation was very smooth the installers were on time, they did an amazing job.

Our new custom closet looks really good and the price was way cheaper than others in the market.

We are very happy with the service, quality of materials and I will recommend them to anyone.

We'll be using them again in our next project for sure.

First of all I would like to say that I absolutely love my closets. It makes organization so much easier and I have a place for everything. I would love to give the company a 5 star but unfortunately due to lack of communication with the install coordinator, that is not possible. I absolutely loved working with Nicole Cavasani, the designer. She was professional and so helpful. She stay in constant communication with me through the design process. She worked with my budget and was always looking for ways to save me money by making different suggestion on how I could achieve the look I wanted at a lower cost. The installers were on time and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
As for Gayle, the install coordinator, I would suggest to improve on communication. I expected a call on day that my shipment was scheduled to arrive but I did not, I waited a few days and called only for her to tell me there was a delay in some items. This is fine, no fault of hers but she should have called me and not the other way around. This was the case through the install process, I would always have to call her when there was a delay or issue with scheduling, she never thought to communicate anything with me until I called. I am a very patient person when it comes to customer services because I work in customer service but communication is very important to me. So with that being said for an individual rating, I would give Gayle a 2.5 star. Otherwise, as I stated before, everyone else was great! I would still consider the company for future installs!

So, I made a bonehead mistake by shifting some junk around in my garage and I didn't put things back properly. I left to do something else without telling my wife that there was stuff moved around. Without this knowledge, she kept trying to close the garage door when it's safety features weren't able to prevent our door from becoming out of alignment (totally my fault). The door was ajar, lopsided, off it's tracks, and I had to unhook a cable just to get the door to come down. The tracks were bent out of shape and I was concerned that I'd done some real damage to the garage door system.

I called A Advanced Garage Door Service in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day by 10 am. Mark got there at the time quoted and promptly fixed the garage door at a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with the work that he did and I will defiantly use their services in the future if the need presents itself and I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door servicing.

They pay attention to detail which is so important, highly recommend for floors and closets

UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.

I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This Company is amazing!!! Our designer Brooke was so sweet, professional and thoughtful! We had no idea what buying a custom closet would be like but every time we had a question about pricing their sales manager was very understanding and answered every question we had! ❤️ Thank you Closets by Design!

So glad we hired Classy Closets for our Master Bath/Closet remodel! Please forgive the amateur pics if they don't bring out how fabulous the results turned out! Carl Strempke was super-helpful in designing our closet, vanity with custom-color, and the linen closet that was something we thought to add as the overall bathroom design developed. The design team, including Carl who came to our home, and others in the showroom, were very knowledgeable to help us design what would work best for our space, and how to coordinate all the colors. The install teams were all very professional, skilled, and communicative. My extended family has also used Classy Closets on 2 homes for multiple closets and bathrooms. We would use them again and I will of course be recommending them to others!!!

Kitchen Tune-up was very nice to work with. They went out of the way to make sure we were happy with our end product.

They exceeded my expectations. Ruben, the installer, was very professional and knew his profession to the hilt. He wiped down all the cabinets and clean up everything. I will use them again.

Even though I measured wrong, their tech built them in place so he compensated for my mistake. 16 (oops!) 15 feet of garage cabinets are very useful

I would highly recommend Reliable Garage Cabinets AZ to any of my family, friends, or neighbors. They installed 14' ft. of custom cherry cabinets in my former home in Tolleson, AZ and recently installed a total of 23' ft. of cabinets in my current home in Surprise, AZ. The cabinets are well made and very strong. I have never had any problem with workmanship, warping/sagging, etc. Love these cabinets so much that I have been a repeat customer. Most recent installation in my garage was 9/03/2016 and for the first time, we are able to fit both cars in our garage, now that the garage is completely organized.
