Charlie and his team are professional and do an amazing job. Had a patio, driveway extension, and sidewalk and additional pad poured. They demoed my old patio out and were very clean, showed up on time as scheduled and very friendly to deal with!!

Working with this sidewalk repair firm was a pleasure for us. They have a really skilled, competent crew that made a lot of effort to suit our requirements. I'd use them once more!

We have been contemplating for quite some time on what we wanted to replace the carpet in the living room with, and I'm glad we stuck to my original plan of staining the concrete (hubby wanted to put tile). I really like the color scheme we chose and Rick personally oversaw the process from beginning to end. I am in love my my living room floor and can't wait to get the kitchen done! I tried to use, but the first appointment was after months because of my location about 100 mile from Tempe, and then when the reminder came my appointment was at 10 am which is everyone is at work, so I had to reschedule and now its a month and half away only , last night I got a phone call telling me that the foam I wanted to put under my slab is not going to work, and if I am to hire them they want to put jacks with a rough estimate of 13K over the phone without even taking a look at the project, so I guess all you people that don't live in Phoenix are out of luck, this is there way of saying sorry we are not interested in your job.

Rick and his A-Team ( Derik & Ivan) just finished adding several areas of concrete to our side yard. Every day they were exactly on-time, very pleasant and easy to communicate with. My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

Valleywide recently demolished a structure for us. Despite our tight deadline, they worked with us to make sure it was done on time and within budget.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
