We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. I so appreciate this good management practice that I will be considering using them in the future for all my service needs.

Troy and Jared are UNBELIEVABLE !!! We couldn't be more happy with their installation of 22 new LED recessed lights in our north Scottsdale home !!! They also retrofitted our existing can lighting to be LEDs which are far more efficient !!! Troy and his crew do phenomenal work !!!! They are beyond professional, very punctual, and clean !!!
