UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.

I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I love my closets! Sarah Whitetower worked with me for hours to design the best layout for two walk-in closets. She designed the best use of space while making the closets beautiful. The installers were very nice and professional. They worked really hard and had everything installed in one day. Everytime I open the doors I'm so happy that I went with Closets By Design.

I would highly recommend Custom Wood Products. They have done multiple jobs and projects for me and I have found them to be very reliable and trustworthy. Would work with them again.

We debating going through a company like Lowes or Home Deopt and I'm so glad we didn't! I couldn't be happier that we found Stellar kitchen and bath! Jeff was amazing to work with. We had no idea what we wanted and came in and designed our dream kitchen for us. He gave us valuable advice through every step of the process and re-ran estimates when we changed our minds if the beginning phases. He kept us involved and informed about the payment schedule and when things would be installed. I felt like he guided us through every step of the way. The end result is a phenomenal. We had been considering for quite some time updating our kitchen. We kept falling between the idea of refinishing the current cabinets, or replacing and redesigning the layout. We got a couple of quotes on refinishing the cabinets and they were all reasonable. A friend told us we should get in contact with Hunt's Kitchen just to see what it would cost. I was shocked that the difference in price was not nearly as big as I had previously thought!

Working with the designer, Josh, was a very enlightening experience. He was able to see our current layout, point out the areas that were being wasted, and help us design a logical flow to our kitchen. His eye was key in achieving a kitchen that far surpassed our original ideas. Josh and Jeff were great to work with, and truly showed pride in what they were helping create... and it fit our budget!
