Best Custom Floor in Phoenix AZ

We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation.

We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”.

I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that there's no such thing as a lifetime warranty and was denied help.

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

Had entire house 1300 sqft old tile removed and wood grain tile installed and it looks amazing!

Their work is fantastic and their business ethics are impeccable! We LOVE our new flooring: both the bamboo wood flooring in most of the house and the carpet in the bedrooms. They'll be doing our kitchen remodel next. Great people to work with, can't say enough wonderful things about them!

Vinny's crew did an excellent job of restoring our 45 year old oak parquet floor to better-than-new condition. They have the best technicians and equipment to do the job right and you want nothing less than that for this kind of restoration. Thanks Vinny. Appreciate the good work.

First, they were quick to respond and came out the next day for the estimate. Devon was very knowledgeable and the cost seemed reasonable to me. I felt comfortable right away in choosing them for the job. They delivered the flooring quickly, and when it was time to work the guys wasted no time. They completed the job sooner than I expected and end result looks so good! Was super excited with to see it finished. Also, very punctual. I look forward to hiring them again in the near future.

These guys are great! Ali helped us pick out the perfect tile for our spare bathroom shower and was able to get us scheduled quickly and the work was done in less than 3 days. A breeze to work with start to finish and the shower looks great!

We had hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms and our master bath remodeled. We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Marin was great in coordinating all the trades and kept the project right on schedule. Rado did the demo of the bath and the complete design and tiling of a new shower and flooring. The workmanship by Rado was tremendous. We are so happy we chose European Design Flooring for this project and their prices were the best we found.
