I highly recommend New Age Cabinet Coatings! Victor, Luis and the rest of the team were professional, polite and did a great job. Job was completed on time and they were easy to work. Communication was excellent and start to finish all agreements kept. As with any project there will be mess and disruption but they took extra steps to make things go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for a cabinet company , look no further! I love my New Cabinet Look and the experience was excellent!

I had 9 shelves installed last week by this company. They were referred to me by a friend. The salesman was very knowledgeable, more so than the average salesman you might encounter. He wasn’t pushy, but was very helpful. He said the salesman usually does his own install when that day arrives. In about 3 weeks, I received a call to schedule the work. When that day arrived, I was surprised to see a young man at my door, not the salesman. I was a little skeptical. Guess what? This guy couldn’t have done a better job. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. He did more than I expected and I love my new slide outs.I will be telling my friends about this company.

We have now had a pantry and 3 closets designed by Kaelin from Closets by Design. Every time they have been spot on and ready with their projected install date. Sean G was our installer in my master closet yesterday and he did an AMAZING job. He made suggestions and adjustments as needed, he called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was a great communicator of the process, and Kaelin has already followed up to see how the install went.

We have 2 more closets being completed soon, after another closet company had issues in getting parts - 6 weeks PAST their promised install. That did NOT happen with Closets by Design, they are LOCAL - don't trust companies that have to order pieces - use Closets by Design! I am so glad we found them!!!

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.

Found this place a couple of months ago while driving by and decided to stop in. So glad I did! The service was fantastic and my new windows were installed yesterday. My neighbors will be buying new windows from them too!
