We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. I can't say enough good things about our experience with TWD. We hired them as our contractor for two guest bathroom remodels and a few other things that needed to be fixed in the house as well. I have had some terrible experiences with contractors before so even though I wanted to get the work done, I was extremely nervous about dealing with yet another general contractor. I had some personal recommendations, however, from friends and family who’d had great work done by TWD so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to discuss the jobs.

My first contact was with Ron LaBrie, who is the Design Manager at TWD. Ron came to my home to look at the spaces and to get a feeling for what I wanted in terms of design so that he could prepare an estimate. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. He was personable and obviously very knowledgeable about products as well as a design expert. Unlike one of the other companies that I received an estimate from where they gave me a price on the spot, Ron did tell me he would need about a week, and that was fine with me because that showed that he was actually putting effort into the estimate and not just giving me a “blanket quote.” When I got the estimate back, I thought it was very fair, however there were a few places where I wanted to see if we could trim costs a bit. Everything was itemized and Ron was AMAZING at helping me find fantastic alternatives that would still look great while keeping us within our budget.

Once work started on my jobs, Eric Miller was in regular contact with me to let me know exactly what the schedule was and what I could expect at each stage of the project. TWD even has an online portal where you can log in and see the calendar as well as approve any work orders. Speaking of which, the only changes from the original estimate were extra things that I added on after work started. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. There were a few small delays due to materials issues but that was beyond TWD’s control and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything arrived as quickly as possible and even had some new tile ordered at no additional cost to me because he didn’t think the quality of what the manufacturer sent was up to the high standards you can expect from TWD.

We had drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical and granite work done and every one of TWD’s guys did beautiful work. The team was here every day on time and cleaned up each day before they left. Again, Eric was fantastic in that he stopped by to personally inspect the work on a regular basis as it was progressing and then again at the end of the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work that had been completed.

We can’t praise TWD enough. They not only did a beautiful job on our remodeling projects, but they made us feel like we could trust them completely. And we never heard “no.” It was only, “We’ll take care of it!” And they did. We will never need to look any further than TWD for any projects we may need done in the future. They do everything from minor drywall repairs to complete home remodels. No matter how big or small the job, you can be assured that TWD will do it beautifully, on time, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend TWD to anyone!

It is a service that I would recommend to anyone looking for refinishing and fixing to an affordable cost in replacing a new tile and tub. Thank you for such an outstanding job done in my bathroom.

SHEWORKS is AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for me, and we’re so incredibly kind and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with and have install my lights for me. They did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with how everything looks. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it! :)

I recently had my shower remodeled by Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay. I was very impressed with the installers. Everything was done in an organized and methodical manner. My new shower looks great and is so nice to clean.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

refaced our kitchen and the craftsmanship and paint job was phenomenal. the paint looks stunning. Quality and customer service is top notch. Victor is great to work with and so is his crew.

Mauricio and his crew did a great job. They fit us into their schedule on short notice . They repaired all the drywall problems with skill. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
