Started a conversation with an employee Priscilla, to get some cabinets. All was going well. We go into detail regarding the parts and dimensions. The vendor, the sizes, and accessories were decided on. I got a quote for the three cabinets 490.00. I asked a few questions and she was going to look into it for me. I email two more times. Nothing. No bounce-back just, no reply. I decide to call. I get Andrea, I had to re-explain the entire project, I send the email conversation to her. She looks it over and confirms that the project can be done. Apparently Priscilla left the company, no one closed her account. Andrea says she will send me the invoice for the quote by the end of the day or the next. After not hearing from her. I call again. I ask where the invoice is for me to order the cabinets. No apology for not communicating or not sending me the invoice. Andrea say's she's unable to honor the quote that was given. She had no idea where the last person got the numbers. The first quote was 490.00 the quote that Andrea gave was 1550.00. The email communication was quite clear and both parties were in agreement. I express if that was the case I would not like to move forward with the project, and that I was very disappointed of the lack of communication and delaying my project. I feel they did a bait and switch. Now Im in a crunch to get a project completed.

Sam was very professional and worked with us on may little extra details on our new construction custom cabinet design project. Sam is a busy man which makes him a bit harder to reach. The outcome of our project exceeds our expectations. Would definitely do business with Copper Canyon again. Thanks for everything!!

Just Wow! We just had our new custom kitchen island installed and it looks amazing. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and we started with having a custom cabinet design made for our kitchen island. The granite will be added next week and now all the plumbing and electrical is done and ready to go. Once this is done then we will start on the kitchen cabinets. We are doing an all custom tiered design for the cabinets that will look amazing. We cannot thank Mike and the team at MK Woodworks enough for the beautiful design and the quality of the work they did. We reviewed multiple Phoenix cabinet makers and no one was able to meet our demands and timeline but MK Woodworks. So I just had a 15’x9’ very large wall unit(media) installed. I have one word for it. PERFECT. If you are looking for a professional company with extremely professional installers look no further. Communication was awesome immediate. It took 8 hours, 1 day to install my unit and it is perfect. Yes, I said perfect. Would refer them to every single person I know. Oh and I did research several other companies. This was a GREAT experience!!

I am so happy with the job New Generation did painting my cabinets. I was a little apprehensive about how refinishing my maple cabinets would look. I looked into refacing them but the cost was nearly as much as getting all new cabinets and our kitchen badly needed an update. The final outcome was beyond my expectations. They made our kitchen look brand new as if they were originally produced with the nice modern grey color they helped us pick. Their team was professional and very customer service oriented. Definitely suggest calling these guys if you want to give a new look to your space without spending a fortune.

My experience with castle cabinets was great. I replaced my whole kitchen cabinets with a darker wood finish. Staff was super understanding when I could not make up my mind on the color. After install, my kitchen now looks like a brand new house. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend.

I had a walk in closet built with a ton of shoe shelves added, I looked for a very long time for a company that would use real wood and not partical board. All of the large closet organizer companies only use products make with the particle wood, I also found those companies to be much more expensive and less personable. I am very happy with the final product and highly recommended Linda and Arturo. I liked it so much I found several other projects for them to working on.

Cabinets are made well and installed in a day. I was skeptical because of some off reviews but I’ve had nothing but good results. Jacee was great to work with, very responsive, and made sure we had a good experience. I would highly recommend Sanels and Jacee and plan to use them for our laundry remodel as well.
