Our cleaning team has always been reliable, showing up within the scheduled two-hour arrival time frame. They are professional and continue to do a beautiful, thorough job cleaning our home and have been respectful to us, our home and belongings. When they are done, our home smells fresh and clean. I can understand why they have some clients who have been using their services for more than ten years.

We have been loyal customers of Maid Brigade for over 10 years. I am often approached to switch maid services, and each time I decline. We have had the same crew at Maid Brigade for years - Celia and Guilla. They are simply the best! Both are always on-time, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Even better, they always arrive with a smile and are friendly even when picking up after my 2 young kids and big dogs! The office staff calls me the day prior to our cleaning just to confirm the arrival time and the products they use are eco-friendly. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!

I have a small 1400sq condo. They charged me $770 for 2 hours of cleaning and he didn’t even move the couch to clean under the couch. It is still dirty and dusty underneath the couch and he claims he spent an hour cleaning the couch however, there is still dog hair everywhere. I complained and he just argued back with me saying he “would not leave until he is paid” I do not recommend this service to anyone and I will never use them again.
The ladies did a nice job and were charged the right amount.

Valley Best Cleaners to the rescue! What a professional job to help take care of my home after some inconsiderate renters! Mica was so great and she spent nearly an entire day cleaning & treating every surface in the place. Bubbly attitude coupled with meticulous professionalism has turned this experience me me around 180-degrees. I will be asking for her in the future and I fee you should as well!

Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.

We have 2 rental units in Tempe that ASU students rent. After they move out for the year the places can be an absolute disaster! We always call Maid Complete to get everything into tip top shape for the next renter and they never fail to impress us. Would highly recommend them. The one time we thought they missed a spot in a bathroom they were very apologetic and sent the cleaner back the same day. It’s hard to find that level of customer service nowadays.

I called to schedule an appointment and the owner was also super friendly and quickly scheduled me in within 2 hours! I super appreciate how quickly the technician, Austin came! Austin was so friendly and considerate to my carpet concerns and worked with me on understanding what would work best! I will for sure be calling this company again for any carpet needs and would highly recommend AZ same day carpet cleaning!!
