I had them come out to clean my tile and one small little spot on my carpet where a friends dog peed. The carpets looked great for a week and then the area where the spot was is not gray (my carpet is white). They also deep cleaned my tile but what ever they put on the tile took the finish off of my composite floor. I called them back out and he said he didn't do it. I will never ever use them again and I recommend that you don't select them. I would have been better off not doing anything because everything looks worse now.

My dog relieved himself indoors. Called AZ Same Day and they were able to come out the same day ai called and cleaned the carpet and remove urine odor. Would highly recommend!

A few weeks ago I contacted CBN for a quote for janitorial services at our new office suite, as our lease did not include it.
Bob came out to meet with me, walked the suite, and sat down to thoroughly explain their methods, practices, and what makes them different.
After meeting with two other companies, and being ignored by two others, we opted to go with CBN. I emailed Bob to let him know, and we settled on a start date, a time to sign our agreement and deliver keys.

The first clean was last night, and this morning, it prompted me to send Bob the following via email:

WOW. Your team did a phenomenal job last night. I got in, wondered why my cords were slightly out of place, but didn't give it much thought. Then happened to notice that the glass counter was spotless - and I remembered they were here last night! I jumped up and dashed about the office to check it all out, and was blown away.

1. We had terrible, horrible janitorial service at our last office. Truly wretched.
2. I haven't been able to keep up with these folks in addition to my own work load, I'm no pro.
3. Our suite is cleaner right now than when we took occupancy.

I'm sure the team spent more time than anticipated here last night, because it required more of an initial clean than maintenance clean, BUT I am thrilled (and grateful) that they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Carole is so sweet and got me in immediately! Chrissy is who Deep Cleaned my Mother’s apartment. My Mom was So Happy and just Raved about Chrissy! Chris from Steamex came and cleaned my upholstered living room furniture. I had been suffering horrible allergies and believed the furniture was the culprit. I have had sofas professionally cleaned in the past, but Steamex was more thourough than anyone I have hired before. They did a great job. The furniture looks great, smells great and the allergens are down down down. I'm very pleased and recommend!

Dan is the man! Before he came by to work his magic, my carpets were unbareable to look at. My roommate recently adopted a puppy and the potty training was not going so well at first but thanks to Dan and Dr. Chem’s infamous order and stain removal system the carpets are practically good as new!!! I’m hoping I️ won’t be needing this service again but if I️ do I️ know who to call. Thanks a heap!

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
