I'm impressed with Merry Maids & especially with Team Dylan! They were efficient pleasant & thorough. They didn't mess around. They got to work & did a great cleaning. I would ask for this team again. I got my monies worth at Merry Maids. Merry Maids was professional from the moment I spoke to the person who scheduled my appointment to making sure what I needed done to know when they were on their way, to coming in my home to leaving & not wasting anytime. Been using their service for years now. Every visit they do incredible work. Rarely find any issues, and when I do they address them immediately. Great to work with around work schedule. Work travel requires regular adjustments to scheduled appointments and have always worked with me to accommodate. Would recommend working with Sean and his team to friends and family. Great work with great service at a very reasonable rate.

I wouldn’t use this company. I paid $600 for a move in move out cleaning and they did a terrible job. The cleaners didn’t even speak good enough English for me to express my concerns. I had to wait an hour for a translator to call back from the main office. I spent over an hour finding things they didn’t clean and making them re-do things that they didn’t clean properly. I’m super upset that I am having to clean out cabinets and shelves as I am moving in.

Great service! The 2 super ladies came over and took on the challenge of helping my father get his house clean, dusted, vacuumed and totally wiped down! Cannot say just how happy I am with this service!

Their cleaners were great. They were friendly, very hard-working, and a great team with one another. They gave my condo a thorough cleaning, with extreme attention to detail. I'm thrilled with the results. Further, they took me through the house to show me where they had given special attention to commonly hard to reach areas, etc. I thought they were very easy to work with and were thoughtful, as well. I look forward to having them back again.

I've tried them ALL and Maids Complete is by far the most dedicated to customer service company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Scheduling can all be done online at YOUR convenience. 5 stars for sure.
