Over the past nine years ABN has painted the exterior of all our single family home rental properties. Alex is extremely professional in his attention to detail from writing the contract all the way through the completion of the work. He always presents me with options and expert opinions that I would have never even considered if he had not brought them to my attention. He is punctual and starts and finishes when promised without sacrificing the quality of work. I can honestly say that in all the work that he has performed for me I have yet to find any flaw in either what or how it was painted. Kudos to Fernando Estrada! He called me after I lodged a complaint about the painter that was sent out. Fernando listened to my concerns. Came to the house to inspect the issues, made an appointment to fix the issues and insured that I was happy with the corrections.
