As a property manager of a luxury community in Central Phoenix, I found it difficult to locate a company that offered an all in one approach to my business needs. From the office staff to the teams that they send to my property, I can expect nothing less than the absolute best from this company and their service providers. I currently use Aether for my Porter Service 40 hours a week, my common area property cleans three times a week, and my valet trash service. I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!
