Professional, dedicated and accountable; these three words are an accurate description of Arizona Cleaning. I have been using this company for years, and this review is long overdue. I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

We have had the same crew at Maid Brigade for years - Celia and Guilla. They are simply the best! Both are always on-time, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Even better, they always arrive with a smile and are friendly even when picking up after my 2 young kids and big dogs! The office staff calls me the day prior to our cleaning just to confirm the arrival time and the products they use are eco-friendly. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!

A very professional company. I am a commercial property manager and we hired AZ PowerWash Pros LLC to clean both concrete and windows. They did great work, showed up on time and got the job done right!

I honestly struggled with the franchise that was assigned to clean our facility. Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

In addition to the daily cleaning, we have them do our carpet and tile cleaning when needed. I give them 5 stars for their work and for their great communication when needed.
