Lupe and Carlos arrived on time and ready to work. They took time to ask me what I wanted from the service so it was personalized for our home. They cleaned my home like it was their own.

I was so happy to find a great housekeeper I was able to have come monthly, but then I had to have a backup when she suddenly left the company and that person took longer than the 3 hour minimum. I told the company I don't want to pay someone else for more than 3 hours when the other person was always able to clean my condo in under 3 hours and they said it was because there was an issue with original cleaner, which wasn't true. I'm just really disappointed I have to find a new service because the cleaning itself was always thorough.

Octavio is the best in vacuuming my house. Marley is a peach too! The only feedback of improvement I could suggest, would be the communication with the administration. A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
