I had noticed a couple of horizontal cracks in my stem wall, called a number of foundation contractors but AZ foundation Solutions was the most knowledgeable. Victor came out to my house was very helpful, answered all my questions on the stem wall, as well as recommended rain gutters as a preventative measure to keep water away from the foundation of my house. Kyle and Barron came out to do the stem wall repair, they did a great job, explained the whole process, were very personable and cleaned up after they were done. Shawn did the rain gutter installation, he explained the steps involved in installing the rain gutters, did a great job installing and cleaned up after he was done. Actually the rain gutters make the whole house look a bit nicer. Lastly I worked with Izzy in accounting, she kept tight communication with me on the billing and was also very personable. Straight Line (Ram Jack) stabilized our 100 year old home through the deployment and use of 14 drilled helical piers. The work was completed on time with professionalism and great communication applied throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for foundation work where structural issues have been identified and evaluated.

Really pleased with the outcome of our driveway. We appreciate the great work that The Scottsdale Concrete Company and the staff did to resurface the concrete.

Several months after meeting with James the first time (see 2022 review below), I asked him to return to evaluate the changes I made in the interim based on his recommendations and inspect another area of concern in the garage. As the first time, I found James to be so helpful. I value his thoroughness, his incredible depth of knowledge of all things construction and in particular, the quality of foundation construction of our homes in the Phoenix metro area. Put simply, I trust him (and how many contractors can you say that about?!) and think everyone should consult with James on any concerns with their foundation.

Upon viewing and learning a lot from many of their YouTube instructive videos on foundation issues, I knew I had found the right company in Concrete Repairman LLC. James came out to the house and spent a generous 90 minutes touring every inch of my home’s interior and exterior. Not only did he fully explain all the current issues he was seeing and what they meant, but gave me a point by point list of what I could do to address each one. None of which had to be done immediately and even prioritized which areas to address first. He left me feeling much more knowledgeable about my own home’s condition, reassured me my house wasn’t falling apart (!) and I knew I had just met someone who was a true quality individual who exudes professionalism and courtesy. Every business should have someone like James at the helm.

The installation team did a fantastic job. They listened and asnwered all of our questions. They perfectly installed lighting fixtures and the final design. We are so happy! !

We had Rose Paving in this past weekend to sealcoat our parking lot and back lot. They did an excellent job cleaning and preparing the asphalt. The sealcoat looks amazing. I was very happy with their service including scheduling and time lines. Not to mention, the price I received was very competitive. Thank you Rose Paving for being a great vendor.

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.
