Alex Beltz was awesome! Everyone we interacted with was courteous and helpful. They're very responsive and provide a good value. Our tech, Alex, was so nice and very thorough. We are now using them for all services they offer!

The technician Skylar came to my home on time, was courteous and put footies on which I appreciated, was personable and explained everything in detail and checked my warranty to see what was covered. I was happy with the service and will use again. Thank you!

Parker and Sons had installed my water heater about a year ago and I realized it was time to have it flushed. I called and Greg came out and efficiently took care of that for me! Professional and super nice! I used to shop around to find the cheapest price, but not anymore!! If you want a job done correctly call Parker and Sons!!!

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Good honest , hit on all points, efficient and quick to diagnose and make the repair. I recommend this company, very pleased with their service. My tech (Austin) was very good at his job.

Great people and customer service skills

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

What can I say but Pedro exemplifies true workmanship! He is hard working, dedicated, and finds ways to fix things the right way when it comes to Electrical issues! He dedicated himself on the day he fixed our pool light and I could not be happier! He has also made sure with the light that there was a ground in our pool electrical box so we never have to worry about electrical issues with the pool light again. He also explained that you want to change the seal out about every two years! Pedro goes above and beyond the call of duty with his job! He is a true professional! Shows up when he says he is going to or let's u know if he is running a bit late and why! That right there is worth it's wright in gold to me! Best electrician in Phoenix if you ask me! I will only have Pedro work on my home for electrical issues! No need to call anyone else!!!!

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

From the first time I called these guys, they have provided nothing but exceptional customer service. They have a wide array of products, and work hard to make sure you get the right thing on time, the first time.
I will continue to do business with them!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
