We are very happy with our experience dealing with APC and despite the few bad things we encountered, we would still highly recommend them.THE BAD:1) my sister was home while they painted the doors yet the crew failed to knock on the door & ask her about opening the doors so they could paint every inch of them; which means there were strips left unpainted (see photos)2) we found a discarded paint roller in our front lawn (luckily before we mowed the lawn!)3) the crew threw trash into our green organics bin4) although the foreman said he would send pictures daily, he never didTHE GOOD:Everything else! The communications between us, the estimator and office rep (Chris & Cara, respectively) was superior. Heck, Chris even answered my first e-mail at 8 p.m. then proceeded to call me immediately to discuss further. We had a lot of questions, and one or both of them were quick to respond.The quote / invoice were pretty straight forward although some sections contradicted each other - I suggest you read it thoroughly, a couple times, and call out anything that doesn't make sense. For example, one section may have said the pop outs were the body color but another section said they were the accent color. You do have a walk through with the foreman before they even begin putting up the sheeting so everything should be made clear then, but it's appreciated to have the paperwork details consistent.After the invoice was settled & signed, APC was able to schedule us within a month's time. Although they allotted an entire week, it only took the guys three days (not counting their return visit to make touch ups discovered during the walk through). To my recollection, there were only two guys on the crew (George and Danny, I believe were there names). So damn, they were fast!The financing process was pretty darn easy, too. They offered a 6 mos same as cash, 12 mos same as cash, and a 5-year plan with a 6.99% interest rate.Our house looks great, practically brand new - and we are extremely happy with the APC team. Second time they've painted our house and have done a great job both times. They went around and patched any problem areas and did a thorough job masking all necessary areas. Very pleased with the service and the quality. Highly recommend!

Overall great work. Provided a folder with all the important information and available packages for your budget. After the job was completed they came back to make sure I was happy and any issues I had they fixed immediately with no questions asked. Will use them again.

Very happy with the work that I had done. Getting the estimate from Travis was simply and hassle free. Ashley's color consult was extremely helpful. Joe, who did my interior painting was excellent. Brady did my kitchen cabinets and I couldn't be happier with the results. Both Joe and Brady were very professional and good at their jobs. I will definitely be going back to Arizona Painting Company for future projects.

The entire process was better than expected. Detailed yet easy estimate given by Jonathan. Scheduling and information all communicated ahead of time by Angela & Brianna. Joe W did a wonderful job painting 8 rooms, several colors, and done a day early from the original estimate. This is the 3rd time we have used them over the past few years and they produced excellent results each job.

It took me a while to write this review because they have great customer service. From day 1, I loved the representatives and office people. They were on time, kind, and very very courteous. Our representative who came out to pick out colors was so great and completely on board when I changed my mind on a few things. For $5500, they were really just painting my walls white and trim and doors a deep olive green. We had a blacked out bathroom but the rest of the walls were a light tan or actually primed white from the builders.We worked hard to afford this and I have never regretted a purchase like this before and I wish we went with another painting company solely on the quality and expectations. We took 1 week for painting so we could move our cats from room to room as they completed them. They did not do this. Our whole house was taped off for the entire week and they kept telling us that rooms were being completed when they 100% weren’t. The painters did not do the 2 coats like they said they would. I’m talking messed up trims, not using tape, paint on carpets, uneven lines in carpeted rooms (like pretty bad), paint on the floors, unfinished based boards and hardware, basically anything that could be messed up—was. We got in contact with them right away and they continued to try to make it right but a lot of the pressure was put on us to do walk through and check everything. There is only so much we, as the not- professionals, can do. I’m glad they wanted to make it right but we still have so many things that are not done well at all like tan coming through the white in our bathroom, stroke marks on doors, and more. Just not what I expected from a. 4.6 star company but buyers remorse? I guess.

This is the third time we have used Arizona Painting Company for paint jobs-the reason they are reasonable, efficient and very good at what they do. The quality of work is excellent. When our job was originally quoted it was expected to last 3 days. Rudy and his team did an excellent job in prepping our home and started early the next day. Rudy made sure communications were all on the same page and that we were happy with the job. Needless to say, the job was completed in 1 1/2 days. All trash was removed from the property. This whole process was made very easy by the company. We will continue to use them for our painting needs.

Had the exterior of my home painted along with my master bedroom and bath to the tune of almost 10K. With that price tag, I would expect top notch customer service but honestly it was lack luster. I had to submit approval to my HOA which I feel should have been handled for the price we paid. We contracted for an accent wall in the master and this was confirmed prior to the start of the job. The painters arrived without the color for the accent wall and told me there was no accent wall included in the contract. They had to contact the office and go pick up the accent color after they had already started the job. Additionally, interior painting is definitely not their forte. The paint lines for the entire interior job were not crisp. I've done better paint jobs myself. Paint was spilled on my carpet and a floor lamp was placed over it to cover it up. The covers to both fans were broken in the bathroom. My doorstop is missing and the hinge on my master bedroom door was broken. There were paint spills and smears everywhere. The inside of my shower was covered with paint and footprints. The light fixtures were left covered with paper and tape. I had to bring a ladder upstairs to remove it. The entire workspace inside and out was left messy and dirty. I spent 3 hours cleaning up afterwards. I was several hours into clean up before I decided to take pictures. Here are just a few. I left a voicemail message this morning and still waiting for a call back.

Fence painting.Extremely professional. Travis was our estimator. We were regularly contacted to set up a date and when that was set, they kept us aware of job start date. Joe Wirth was our painter, took two days and it turned out great. Wire brush, then power wash, then Rustoleum, then both spray and brush. Looks great.Parker

I went with Arizona Painting Company because I thought they were the best in town. The finished product is pretty good. I have been still cleaning up paint drips on my floors and counters since they finished last week. I think the communication needs to be a little better. They should tell people ahead of time what exactly to expect their house to be like. I didn't know we'd be totally out of commission with our house under plastic and paper for a solid week.I had to tell the lead painter what colors went where. He didn't know I had a 3rd bathroom that was to be painted. I had to let him know. The other painter was brand new and I understand learning, but when you spend 6000 dollars to have your house painted, you expect very professional work. Every spot I showed the painter, he basically tried to say it was like that or one of us bumped it with something, which we did not.Also, they ran out of one of my colors and finished, but I have many spots in one bathroom that are not even close to being thoroughly covered. I am missing one wall outlet plate which I had going into this. I noticed a couple wall plates djdnt get all their screws back in. My door to my garage doesn't close properly now.Most of these are minor things but when you spend that kind of money, you just expect a thorough professional job.

I had an estimator (Riley) come to my house and tell me they were sending a crew to paint my interior. No crew showed up, one person who did do a nice job of painting my interior (Melvin) The estimator also told myself that they could get behind my 85 TV. They did not. I spoke to (Derek) who said over the phone that he and someone else were going to come back over and paint behind the TV. They also were given my wife phone number to call Wednesday the 11th of May. That never happened nor did they show up. I would not recommend this company that I had used in the past with great satisfaction. They have gone down hill in customer service and are willing to promise anything to make it right when they do not come through.

I chose Arizona Painting Company over 3 other companies because of their professionalism, commitment to quality, and detail in their quote. I worked with Keith on the quote. He was prompt and courteous. Keith answered all of my questions and concerns and quickly replied with an accurate and competitive quote. The office staff was professional. The two gentleman who did the actual painting were top notch. Adam and Juan completed the job in the estimated time paying close attention to detail. Both arrived on time each day and worked efficiently but were thorough. They used Dunn Edwards premium paint and ensured excellent coverage. My 2,400 sq ft single level home looks amazing. In addition to the exterior paint, I had the block fencing and metal view fencing painted and the front door too. I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company.

Antonio showed up on time with a smile an a great attitude. He was able to get two rooms and an accent wall done in just a day. He had no problem coming back once the paint dried to fix any touch ups. We are so glad to have these projects done & will for sure use Arizona Painting Company again!

Not only was he professional he was also very knowledgeable filling me in on things other people may have not, pricing was a bit high for me but he has tried and has been working with me on it. I contracted with Arizona Painting Company for exterior painting. They were very responsive to all communications, even with some items that I missed when contracting. They were willing to accommodate all the changes as I discovered them. The quality of the painting and warranty are great. I will definitely work with them again.

I just found this survey in my email. For the cost of this service, i am still cleaning up the poor quality of the paint application from a year ago. They did return to clean my driveway, neighbors fence, street gutter, that was a plus, except for my water bill.However… the paint treatment and caulking around my windows was very poor. Over calking with paint on my window casings with tape left under the paint, now peeling away. The house was only painted in one direction, leaving the stucco bare. Paint left on my security doors, painted half my faucets and over spray around my air conditioner. This was a one man crew, when i did complain about the windows - i was told he knew what he was doing, most of the time he was on the phone. I work from home, the overseer complained i never came outside? I did find Hugo Sanchez from AZ Copper painting, he assisted me with changing the trim on the roof line and cleaning up the overspray on the roof tiles, wish i had used hime from the beginning.Overall i would not recommend to anyone.

They sent out an estimator shortly after I first contacted them and were able to schedule the painters a couple days later.The painters were professional and paid attention to detail. I currently had them out to paint the exterior of my home 1/31-2/3/22. I decided to use them as their staff was nice (although a bit pushy during my researching phase and when scheduling) and offered financing.First issue was I orignally scheduled my project to start 2/2, but I kept getting emails that my start date was 1/31/22. I would call and the receptionist would say it was typo, but the calls/emails to change it continued even after I explained there was a scheduling conflict until I finally gave into the change. Second issue was on day two the painters were late (arrived at 11am). I understand things happen, but they didn't call me until almost 9am, gave a story about their truck yet sounded half asleep. Third issue was I have a light fixture that runs dusk/dawn on my garage wall. Prior to the job, it worked, but after it ran continuously and I had to remove the bulb. When I called to report that issue it was a nonchalant attitude of sure have them look when they put back the weather stripping but don't expect much. When the painters returned it was a well we don't remember if it was off prior to taping it up and the job and we're not electricians and left. I called the office back but was told call an electrician.I felt like since I was financed that I didn't matter as much as someone who gave them 4g up front.EDIT on 2/15: A manager finally called set up anpointment. The concerns were handled as the painters painted over the sensor. This visit could've been avoided if the crew just took responsibility on 2/4 of their error.

I had a lot of work to be done to fix up my old condo. Popcorn ceiling removal, designer paint, and cabinet refinishing. First came the popcorn ceiling removal. Rafael and Maria has this completed in less than a day, and were already getting everything masked off for paint. They had everything painted (two colors) in 3.5 days total, including cleanup. They did an amazing job!! Next were the cabinets. I had old oak cabinets in the kitchen, hall and bathroom. Luis and Jesus stripped, primed and painted everything. They look like new cabinets!!! Waaaay cheaper than having new cabinets installed. Everyone I worked with was professional and prompt. I would never hesitate to recommend Arizona Painting Company to my family and closest friends.

AZ Painting Company was the most professional and comprehensive of the quotes I received for painting the exterior of my home. They were also the least expensive! The sales person was professional, personable and responsive. The crew that did the work were friendly, competent, timely, and thorough. They did the job ahead of schedule and the quality was better than I expected. This is the second house I have had them paint and I will definitely call them back when the need arises.

This company did an excellent job. We used four different colors. They carefully taped all areas so the paint did not end up on the wrong part of the house. They paid great attention to detail and carefully reviewed the work with us before they left. I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company.

They were very thorough. We had Rudy and his team paint the entire exterior of the home and they really fell short on a few aspects of the job.The paint job itself was great and we are very happy with how well they did. What we are not happy about is the fact that they neglected to clean up after the mess they made. Or they did an absolute terrible job at cleaning up.They prepped the house by scrapping off a lot of old paint and there were paint chips everywhere. They finished the job and I can tell they were in a hurry because they left paint chips everywhere in our yard; both front and back. They also neglected to remove tape from the house and what looks to be a complete tarp from the roof before they left. Now I need to climb up there and take it down. It's not a big deal but it's the principle. I paid very good money to have them prep, paint and clean up. They did a good job at the first two parts and just didn't seem to care about the clean up part. It's evident they rushed the cleanup after the job- it really shows.Their customer service is great if you call- they're friendly over the phone but good luck getting a response from them via text. You won't get a response.And lastly, they charged me a credit card fee while paying for a debit card. After calling, they put me on hold twice to finally tell me they'll refund me the $25 or so. Okay, problem solved. Except it's been nearly a week and I am still waiting for my money back.I'm glad I didn't hire them to do the interior. The exterior was more of a test to see how they work. We decided to hire someone else to do the interior of our entire home considering the experience with this company. We advise you continue shopping.

Incredible service, excellent performance and outstanding value. It's wonderful to work with a company that employs such attentive, detail-oriented, expert craftsman. I had my bathroom painted and was very pleased with the work, there was a few little drops that I had to clean up once he left, but the paint came off easily. He showed up on time and was done fairly early.However, the front office and sales person communication skills have some work. The sales person came out to my place and gave me the quote, but it took 2 email attempts for him to send me the quotes. I decided to go with AZ Painting company for my bathroom and gave him all the paint details for colors and finishes that I wanted. After I had given my paint color choices twice I still got an email to send in my color choices. When the painted got to my house, he still didn't have my color and finish choices. This part of the process needs a MAJOR lesson in communication skills!I plan on using AZ painting for my living room, if this failure to communicate regarding paint colors happens again, I will be demanding more of a discount, there is no reason that if I give the colors before hand and the painters show up empty handed.Attached are before and after pictures

We hired Arizona Painting Company originally to paint the exterior of our house primarily on the positive reviews and with the backing of those from the news. After review of the quote we decided to add the exterior of the block walls. Excellent job of the painters we had, originally we were to have a two man crew however what happened we had a four man crew day one and finished the next day with a two man crew completed by noon.The job was fantastic, and we were very pleased. I recommend the same crew.

I had my entire house painted by Arizona Painting Company March 2021, both interior and exterior. They did a wonderful job and their attention to detail was superb. We had a few reschedules and one of their workers ended up sick and in the hospital. Their communication during these times was really amazinging. One guy, Eduardo, ended up working all by himself for a few days. He did the bulk of the interior work alone. He was fast, friendly, professional and his work was outstanding. Eduardo definitely went above and beyond! I would definitely use these guys again and I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company!

They painted ceilings throughout our home and the outcome was impeccable. Tony did an amazing job today. This is the 3rd time I have used Arizona Painting company, and they were one of the only companies that bothered to call me back on my small painting job. They have painted our entire house in the past, and like today their workmanship is top quality. Although it was a small job today, Tony still took the time to explain the process, and did a great cleanup.

I had approximately half of the interior of my home repainted to change the color from pastel aqua to white. The whole process ( 2 coats of paint) took two days start to finish. My husband and I were very impressed with the professional precision of the painting and the workers. Every edge on baseboards and trim throughout was extremely precise, clean and expertly done! Arizona Painting's customer service and office support is stellar. It has been a long that I have had a company answer on the first ring, follow-up and ensure I had all the details. Even sending me pictures and text message of who was coming to meet with me and of the paints. Very professional. The painters were professional and friendly. Ensuring all house hold items were covered and there were no issues. Excellent job. I will use this company again for future projects.

I had received several quotes but based on the detailed description in Arizona Paintings quote, the fair price and past reviews went with Arizona Painting. I could not be happier. Joe Bucko and his assistant took care of my house as if it was theirs. The attention to detail and doing it right the first time shows in wow factor of how the beautiful exterior paint job came out. No over spray, excellent stucco repair and back rolling left a perfect job excellently done. And having Joe around for the week was pretty uplifting. He's a great person. I would highly recommend them. Their reputation proceeds them.

In addition to exterior painting of a 1500 sq ft house with a two car garage, we also had both the RV and side gates repainted and the wood slats replaced. It was a solid 4 day project. Communication and customer service prior to the work being done was great, and they were able to be a little flexible with scheduling as I was waiting for approval for the paint colors from our HOA. We were a little surprised to have only one person, James, show up the first day. He had two people that helped with a good part of the exterior painting the second day, but he did the rest of the job himself. And he did a great job. We were sitting outside on the second night and noticed a couple of areas in the body of the house that looked splotchy. At the end of the fourth day when we did a final walk around, James had already fixed the areas we noticed and continued to catch small things before we mentioned them. Only one small area on a lower corner that I noticed walking up the driveway had a bit of overspray that needed to be fixed. All in all it was a great experience for a big house project. And I'm really glad we didn't tackle refinishing the gates ourselves!

We used Arizona Painting Company in 2015 to repaint the interior of our home (about 7 rooms). They did a great job back then, so we went with them this year to paint one room. The day they were scheduled to arrive for the 1-2 day job, they arrived 1.5 hours late but completed the job that day. They did a pretty good job, but there are a few areas that need to be touched up so they were scheduled to come out today. Somehow, the painter was overbooked (which they only came to realize after I called them an hour after the scheduled time, then again an hour later). We'll hopefully have the touch ups completed tomorrow, but the general lack of communication the day of these jobs has been really frustrating. I know things are crazy for everyone right now, but just keep customers in the loop and they will be much more understanding and less frustrated.

These guys repaired a bunch of stucco and other defects on the exterior of my house and then repainted it. The price was great as was the service. Took about a week to get started and two weeks to complete for a fairly large house. I will definitely consider them again for my painting needs.

My experience with AZ Painting Company was five stars, from start to finish and I would highly recommend you hire them for your next project.We purchased a 2,800 sqft home and wanted the entire interior painted (except the ceilings) and needed a few cracks in the walls repaired. We also wanted to paint our kitchen cabinets from a beige color to pure white.Richard came out for a free estimate and gave me the detailed estimates on the spot, the other two companies had me wait 1-2 days for theirs and were a little more expensive. There was no pressure to book, was told to just call in if I'd like to move forward.I have to admit, I probably drove Richard crazy with my emailed questions... what kind of paint, can the cabinets be sprayed instead of rolled, will the baseboards be sprayed, etc. He was wonderful and not only answered my questions quickly, but revised my quote to include the specifics. You know the phrase, earned my business? Richard did, 100%.Our Foreman Lalo and his assistants, Gamaliel and Omar were amazing. They were on time, focused, knowledgable, friendly, and more. It was clear to see that they love their job, as it was reflected in their quality of work and the positive energy they emitted. Lalo called me at the end of each day to update me on their progress and would walk my husband and I through the house whenever we'd randomly pop in to see how it was going. I have nothing negative to say about them; I'm so grateful they were assigned to our paint jobs.After the project, I noticed one of the cabinets had some imperfections that were only noticeable in certain lighting conditions and the repaired crack had reappeared. I emailed Richard, he connected me with Michael who came out to see the issues. He was also very friendly and didn't hassle me about my requests.Lalo and Josue were over the following week to correct the issues. I appreciated that they sent Lalo instead of a different employee, since he was already familiar with us and our home. My dog was also happy to see him again. After a couple hours of work, the cabinet door looks great and the crack is no longer visible.Thank you, Lalo and the team at Arizona Painting Company!

Taking great care in making it look new again and that was no easy job since my home is 37 years old. He was very considerate, always on time, giving me updates and letting me know how the progress was going. He truly cares about the work he does and he obviously loves to paint. Arizona Painting came in and painted high walls in my foyer, upstairs landings (about the size of bedroom), 15 step staircase and adjacent walls. The workers were super nice guys, very personable and allowed me to work from home with almost no interruptions.Their skills were amazing, lines are perfect! We had painted our family room and you can now clearly tell where the professionals worked and where we did. I would absolutely use them again and intend to.

I had just closed on my house and I had Az Painting paint the inside walls, baseboards, and ceilings before we moved in. They were professional and did a good job on my house but they did take longer than anticipated and did not put all the blinds back when they were done. What I thought was a 2-3 day job took almost 4 days. In the middle of day 3 the movers showed up and were moving furniture into the house while they were still painting. I would use them again although next time I will do a better job in understanding the scope of the work and the time necessary to complete the job.

The exterior of my home needed to be painted. I had an estimate a year ago but they indicated I needed carpentry and construction work completed before painting. Almost a year later, after the construction was done, I had another estimate for the exterior. It went up, but I was not surprised by that as a year passed. What I was surprised at was the poor communication by the crew and project manager. They would leave without a walk around, or letting you know if they were coming back. Also, the prep and clean-up work was barely passable. The lack of good prep showed in the final job which required them to come out two more times to fix paint that just curled off the block and the wood both. The paint job on the house looks great - from a distance.

Our crew was awesome! Able Hernandez and the team really knocked it out. They made sure everything was done right, communicated really well, and cleaned up everything. The house looks great and we are excited to have the gold package so we don’t have to worry about it for a long time.

This was the first time I have used Arizona Painting Company. They certainly have the paint process buttoned up! From professional walk through and quote ( Travis ) to the painting crew ( Javier and partner ), the exterior painting of my home and interior block wall went very smooth. The painters were efficient and clean while performing the paint job.Any questions I had outside of the painting crew were handled by Travis and foreman, Checo. Arizona Painting did an amazing job on our home. They were very tidy in the process as far as adjusting to all of our landscaping and not damaging any of the bushes. My parents had a great experience with this company so I signed up as soon as they had a time to do my project but there were extensive challenges.1) I was told the wrong arrival window, by 30 minutes, and ended up going to work late because of that, and had to call them to even get a confirmation that I was even on the schedule, they did not call me in advance.2) I was told it would be a one day job, it was not, and no one bothered to call or text me when I came home to my home completely covered with drop cloths like Dexter was on his way back.3) I was not provided with an after hours contact. Fortunately my mom had one, but he said he would call me back and then said he called another customer by accident. I had to call the morning of the 2nd day to even get someone to call me back.4) They broke a picture frame during the set up process. There was no offer of compensation or even a spontaneous apology until I brought it up. Oh well I guess, hazard of hiring professionals. It would be < $10 to replace, but I would never break something and need to be reminded to apologize regardless of the monetary value.The actual work was well done, I think, but I'm not a painter, hence why I hired professionals. They ultimately concluded that I would probably need to replace the drywall because they were concerned about moisture. I would hope this would have been identified in the quote or preparation phase, not after the part where they already painted everything. Full disclosure, I did repair my roof months ago, and there have been no interval problems, but not much rain either.I think the final product is probably fine for what it is. It was just disappointing to have such poor communication and disregard for my time, space, and personal property, but maybe this really is the best anyone can hope for. But I'll definitely explore competitors before considering giving them any more business.

We used Arizona Painting Co to paint the interior of our home including 2 doors (entry & garage entry). I would give the initial job a 3 star at best and the clean up a 4 star. This was a 4 day job. A team of 3 arrived on day 1 and then day 2-4 we had 2 painters (1 team lead and 1 new painter). The painting was completed on time but did require an extra day a week later to clean up the painting from the week before (spills, missed spots, lines that needed to be straightened out, blinds not put back on correctly, etc.). After interviewing other companies, we went with this company (not the cheapest) due to the 5 star reviews. We were disappointed with the quality of the initial work. They did spend the time to send out the lead painter to correct the issues we had, so in the end we are satisfied but it was a hassle and I would think twice before recommending this company again.

We decided to paint the exterior of the house. We had a budget and APC was able to meet our budget. The job was done exceptionally and I highly recommend this company. There were a little hiccups along the way, but they did get resolved before the job was done.

Ted and Chris did a wonderful job on painting the numerous doors in our house. They also painted my very large closet with lots of cubicles and it turned out great. This is the second time I have used the company in the last year and will use them again as soon as another two projects are completed. Everyone has been professional on all aspects of the job.

Let me start by saying from the start to the finish this was a very easy process, These guys (Elmer, Jonathan, Danny, Robert and Armando) kept me in the loop every step of the way from what was going to happen on the inside of my house till the finished product of the outside of my home. I had interior painted complete from base boards to ceilings, I even had some dry wall repaired. I recently used Arizona Painting Company to paint my house and had a terrific experience. The estimater was friendly and straight-forward, and gave us some good tips for selecting paint colors. Victor and Mike then did all the repairs and the painting and did a fantastic job with great communication and attention to details along the way.

I was told they would be at my house at 7 to 8. Showed up after two phone calls to office at 10:30. I did not get a chance to look at the doors before he left. The front door had a sticky tape on the one door and he painted over it. The inside of the door still has the old paint on it. He missed painting the inside of the door. The front door he taped off the hinges but tape to far down so the door did not get painted all the way. He left the painters tape in the holes of the dead bolts.My husband is having to do these repairs and no not happy that I spent 500 dollars on this.Bonnie Talvy

This was the best experience I've had with a company working in my home!I had the interior painted and Danny and Evers took care of my home as though it was there own. Everything was covered so i did not have to clean up at all. They took care of everything while being both professional and friendly. The end result was a beautifully painted home and I enjoy it more each day.

I have used Arizona Painting Company before. My past experiences have been good. There were a few issues with the service this go around. I hired them to paint the wall around the perimeter of my backyard. I thought the price was extremely fair given the proposed work. A few days before the work was scheduled to begin they phoned to move up the date. I know they are working around many scheduling challenges with other customers and this was no big deal so I agreed.I am not entirely sure where they get their painters. Sometimes they show up with Arizona Painting on the vehicle and sometimes they don't. I think some are sub contractors but I don't know that for sure.The individual who showed up was very courteous and on time. He did not have the proper tools to complete the job. The work included raking back the gravel a couple of inches and he had no rake so he just used my tools instead. Didn't ask and what would he have done had I not had any? They were also to power wash the wall only he didn't have a power washer, and it took the better part of the day for him to get one. There seemed to be a lot of confusing as to who was supposed to supply it. Arizona Painting, or was he supposed to have one of his own. At this point I wondered why they wanted to move up my paint date as he was not prepared to do the job.After day one, no painting had been done, which meant 1 primer and 2 top coats were to be completed the next day.The next day the 3 coats were applied in about 3 hours and there was nearly 5 gallons of paint leftover. The paint was applied by spraying and it was very thin in spots even though there were 2 top coats. There were many spots that I found to touch up and some that I missed but can see now as I look closer. They also did not do a retexturing of the wall as the quote had stated. At this point they had cleaned up and put everything away. I don't think the painter read the painting agreement and know what the scope of the work was supposed to be. As I look at the wall more closely today, I find spots that I can see the primer even after the 2 coats were applied. Admittedly, at this point I did not ask them to retexture the wall because they would have had to come back a 3rd day after allowing it to dry so they could repaint those areas. In the end it seemed as though they were in a hurry to move on.The overall attention to detail was really lacking. Although the wall looks better today then prior to the work being done, overall I am disappointed.

I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company. They painted the exterior of our home. They are very professional from the office to the workmanship. Orlando took a lot of time to make sure everything was properly taped off and covered too. No paint splashes to be found. The quality of work was outstanding.

$9000 job, one crew had to be removed from the job. Next crew was ok, but attention to detail and pressure to move on to the next job resulted in poor quality. A 5-8 day estimate took 1 month to complete. Drips, nail holes not filled, light switched painted, light switch covers not replaced, paint on light fixtures, poor tape lines, paint on clothes and shoes, paint dust throughout the house left behind, no final walkthrough. I can't imagine how a lower price job would be handled. Once the painters left the job there was an immediate call for final payment. Never asked or followed up to see if we were happy with the job. I would not use them again.

Couldn't ask for anything more! I got a call asking how early can the crew start and I let them know I'm up at 4:30am and they are welcome to start anytime after. At some point he would have to enter the home to paint the 3 entry doors we have. I was hesitant because we have 2 dogs that will take any opportunity to escape through the front door. Joe said he wanted to meet them and he did. They became buddies right away and it was never an issue. The quality of the project was perfect! I'll be having some interior work done soon and will not consider anyone else to do it.

Someone was supposed to come to my house at 7am to give me an estimate for painting. They never showed. Called the office and they tried to call him but he didn't answer so they said they left a message for him to call when he got the message and that was all they had for me. Obviously this company does not respect their customers time. I've used them to paint my exterior 3 years ago but they do not recognize or acknowledge past customers or appreciate repeat business. Work with a company who respects your time and apprecates your business.

They went above and beyond to make sure they covered everything thoroughly and they even cleaned up and left as if they never stepped foot on the lot. Overall we are pleased with the work done by Arizona Painting Company. We were surprised that the project did not go as explained to us by the salesman, Keith Bryant. He indicated that before the painting would be started that a foreman would do a walk through with us so we could explain what colors would be the body of the house and what areas would be the trim color. We had to constantly explain to the workers which color was trim and what color was the body of the house. This is after we had sent in the paint color selection form which detailed what areas were to be painted. We eventually gave a copy of the paint color selection form to the workers so they would paint the correct areas. Even after this we had to make sure they were painting the right areas. Even though Keith indicated in the contract that the solar panels were to be covered, we had to reminder the workers this was to be done. The pre-paint check list indicates that 'all patio furniture will be covered with plastic sheeting.' This was not done until the second day of painting and we have some overspray on the uncovered patio furniture. The workers were apparently in a hurry to leave as they left various tapings and masking paper on parts of the house.

Arizona Painting Company definitely lived up to their reputation on our house exterior Job. We were particularly impressed with the detailed prep work. Caulk, filler and outstanding masking. We highly recommend Arizona Painting Company.

AZ Painting Company was professional, good value (4 estimates- I had two exterior walls painted- est.1 was $380, est 2 was $1400 est. 3 was $900 and est 4 (AZ paint) was $780. We went with AZ paint because of general rules with projects that have proven successful in the past (omit the highest and the lowest and go from there). The reviews were great. The company was very responsive. The crew was on time and jammed out their work in a timely manner.Why not 5 stars-Sean was great at selling their business but he did not respond to a follow up text regarding a question I had. I called the company and they took care of me right away.-The crew had some spray over on our rock and did not let me know about it. It's minor but noticeable since our rock is dark and the paint is white.-After power washing the chippings from the flakey wall were left in our yard.

This review is based on the ease of setting up an estimate and also the interaction of obtaining an estimate for a small job. I have not had the work completed, but I am impressed so far. I needed an estimate on my front door due to some damages a contractor had made. Arizona Painting Company was able to provide me an estimate in a timely manner.

Both Maria and her partner she had to work on my house was amazing. They took care of the details I had about the paint job and took care of my home. I'm extremely happy with the work they did on painting the outside of my home.

Project was a metal view fence. Heavy rust removal, primed and painted. Joe has good communications, kept us informed, prompt, work area kept clean. Would use again.
