CertaPro Painters did an amazing job repairing and painting the interior of my home. It was a large job and took several days and it looks fabulous. The painter’s didn’t rush and made sure I was totally satisfied after completion. They were friendly and professional. The Project Manager came by the next day to do a walk through too. I’m a huge critic about everything but have nothing but good things to say about this company!

CertaPro gave a very fair quote and I was really impressed with the ease of scheduling my exterior paint job. They finished my 2-story house in 2 days and did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone needing to paint -- in fact I have already referred them to 2 neighbors who drove by and complimented me on the new colors. Thank you!

Decent company - painting looks good and I'm pleased with the final results. Unfortunately my garage door got broken during the process - but fortunately they agreed to split the costs with me to repair it.

I hope they took my internal review to heart and give their workers pamphlets to hand out with what to watch out for and what needs to be done to avoid damage to anything. Further, I hope they also give their workers a checklist so they don't have to argue with the homeowner and get the job finished all the way the first time. :)

Everything was made right in the end, and Fernando, the project supervisor did a great job.

October 2021 From quote to completion the CertaPro staff were easy to work with, cost was inline with expected, quality is above and beyond.There was so much prep work to be done, they never complained, worked their bottoms off. End result the house looks incredible!

This is my first exterior house paint experience. Everything was knocked out of the park.

From the administrative side all the way to the painters, everyone was incredibly professional and cared about the work that they did. And last but not least, my home looks fantastic, which I suppose is the most important.

I would very recommend and certainly would use again.

We worked with Mark Carter (Residential Sales Associate), with Rachel Martinez (scheduler), Fernando Estrada (Production Manager) as well as with Charly and his paint crew. We were very pleased with their service. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend CertaPro Painters. We were very fortunate that everyone that worked with our exterior paint project was very responsive and very helpful.

The Phoenix Scottish Rite contracted CertaPro on a referral from a member of our organization who used them for a residential project he completed at his home. We have a commercial building that needed our exterior awning ceiling inspected, demo, drywalled, mudded, and painted. We worked with Aubrie P. & Haylee B.. Both of which were incredibly swift to respond, friendly, and helpful. All of which you would want when spending a large sum of money for repair work. We would definitely use CertaPro again if needed and absolutely recommend them for both residential and commercial projects.

I used CertaPro back in 2017 on a rental property and had a fabulous experience. This time, I had an estimate provided to me on 9/30/22 that included drywall touch ups inside and also full exterior painting. The drywall repairs were rescheduled twice and the second time it was cancelled was the same day the repairs were to be made. I had rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate their folks. I cancelled my entire estimate and project which would have been approximately $5000. I had a very positive experience with Terry in 2017. He is no longer with the company and it appears the company is experiencing problems due to labor like everyone else. However, it needs to be managed by communicating better with your customers. It takes time to build a reputation and a second for it to be ruined. Very unfortunate to see this happen to a good brand in the valley.

Amazing! As simple as that. Luis & Jesus are professional, efficient and take pride in their work. They showed up when they said they would and had to deal with a rain delay, working on Saturday to make up for the time lost. The house had 10-year-old, faded, builder grade paint and it took a lot of work to cover the gray of the stucco showing through. The house looks beautiful and I would highly recommend using CertaPro Painters of the West Valley. Ask for the Luis/Jesus team and you will be glad you did.

This is a review of the bid process. We had a few companies come out to bid and Chris Stilwell was leaps and bounds above his competition. He was very detailed and asked all the right questions to make sure he bid what we were looking for. To the franchise owner - Make sure you keep Chris locked into your company, he is a huge asset! We are scheduling the work now so I can't comment on the work yet, but if it is half as good as the sales process was I'm sure it will look great!

The team at CertaPro is amazing! They worked with us on a 43 unit apartment complex. It started off looking dated and run down, and when they finished- it looked like a classy high end property that belongs in the heart of downtown Tempe. Jeff & Cameron communicated with me throughout the process and when we changed up the colors in the middle of the project, they ran with that seamlessly. We will absolutely be using and referring CertaPro again!

There are times when writing a review gives you joy, and this is one of those times. We had done a great deal of research to find a high quality, good value company for our interior and exterior painting job in Pebblecreek. CertaPro Painters of The West Valley seemed the best bet, we were not disappointed. Their customer service was top notch, price the most reasonable and the quality of their paint and painting job were the best! My husband and I are very picky and this company exceeded our expectations on all levels. Thank you, CertaPro for making this a stress-free high quality experience.

Certa Painters of the West Valley did an excellent job of painting and repairing our home. We hired Certa to repair a very poor drywall job that another company had done. Chris was my initial point of contact. He was prompt for our first meeting, got a quote to me quickly, and kept in contact with me when I ran into a misunderstanding with the drywaller. Fernando was our site manager. He checked on the site prior to initiating work and after the fact, spending quite a bit of time explaining the process to me and answering my questions. He too was easily accessible and prompt in handling the misunderstanding with our drywaller as well. The drywall repair and texture look incredible! Our painter Jorge, completed the job, with he and his partner painting the ceiling, interior, and exterior walls beautifully. All work was done with excellence, clean up was done well on both accounts and the price was reasonable. This was not a large job, but Certa treated the job done in our home with as much respect as one done on a larger scale. For that we are very grateful and will absolutely use Certa again, should a future project arise.

Fantastic experience. Very quality work. Just purchased a home in AZ which needed Kitchen cabinets and baseboards done. Thanks Colin for really taking the time to understand what we needed. Moving from out of state there were quite a few scheduling changes so thanks to Rachel for understanding and working with us. Great job Jorge and Dave for doing an excellent job! Our baseboards and kitchen cabinets look brand new. Very impressed by your efficiency, cleanliness, courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism. Also a big thanks to Dano for checking in with us throughout the project to make sure everything was going as planned and if anything else was needed. Had a interior paint project and CertaPro did a excellant. The painters Wilmar and Alex were quite professionals and both were extremely friendly. Chris Stilwell, the representative, quoted a reasonable price and looked for ways to lower the cost but keeping the quality high. Thanks, definitely will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Everyone at CertaPro Painters were amazing! Melissa was great and so fast with responding, quoting, and getting our whole house paint scheduled. We needed to put a rush on our exterior paint job due to our wedding venue being cancelled, we were now doing our wedding in our backyard. Melissa and Rachel worked quickly to ensure our house was ready in plenty of time! Fernando was on site each day to make sure the job went smoothly and they even finished a day early! CertaPro was amazing to work with! They came out and took detailed photos and notes of the interior painting we wanted and were very responsive. The painter who came out did an incredible job and was very friendly! He did some drywall repair and painted the main spaces of our interior a white color we picked out, as well as did three accent walls in our home. It made such a huge difference and our home looks so beautiful and updated. I highly recommend working with CertaPro!

Certa pro was great. They helped me out with so much during a stressful time of getting my house ready to sell. We literally had it done in a few days. They prepped without making me feel like I was being smothered in plastic around the house. They even came out to fix the garage door after landscapers scratched it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Everyone is very qualified and great attitude.

My HOA requested that it was time for me to repaint my house. I got several quotes and Certapro was very reasonable and I truly appreciated how I was able to ask for photoshop images using the paint schemes that my HOA had to choose from. It was great seeing images of my own house with various paint color combinations on it. That really sold me! The painters were timely and considerate and they finished my entire exterior ahead of schedule (in 2 days)! My neighbors have even complimented me on how great my house looks. If needed again, I would use Certapro for any paint job.

The painters were extremely efficient and professional. There was a delay on the first day and painting couldn't start on time but life happens, honestly I wouldn't have been as impressed if everything went right as planned.

Even with the first day being a complete loss the painters showed up and still finished ahead of schedule. Even though no painting could happen on day one they still ensured they had everything they needed and got started early on day 2. I had another contractor show up for unrelated work unexpectedly. The CertaPro Painters also handled that small delay professionally. I work in quality assurance so I'm hard to please and I expected to find corners that were cut to explain how quickly the work got done but I could not find any. The job was not only done quickly but it was also done completely and without any mistakes. I did not expect to be as happy as I was with the work that was done but I am over the moon happy.

The 1 person crew did a great job, was professional, punctual and did a great job matching paint shades and colors for my kitchen, stairwell and hall walls and doors.
I originally scheduled presumably 2 (maybe 3) day interior paint job with what I thought was going to be a 2 person crew. Unfortunately they only booked 1 person crew and it ended up taking 4 days.

On 4/30/2018 I signed a contract with CertaPro Painters of the West Valley to repair the damaged areas and paint my home in Goodyear, AZ. Furthermore, I performed a walkdown of the job with Certapro (Nathan) to discuss the areas of concern. Specifically, the efflorescence around the common walls, the cracks near the exterior windows, discoloration of the stucco in various places, gaps between the stucco & patio ceiling, and the iron doors I wanted repainted.

Certapro performed the initial work and then made various attempts to correct the repairs. Furthermore, the repairs are clearly visible and standout from the rest of the stucco. I engaged the ROC, to help bring some resolution but have received their conclusion. Finally, based on my experiences with Certapro of the West Valley I would not be able to recommend their work.

We have had a great experience with CertaPro from start to finish. The prices they quoted us was reasonable, especially since we were a new build. They were able to get us in quickly and even accommodated when we had to change the date back a week. The guy who did our consultation, Collin, was helpful and answered all of our many questions. Then, the supervising painter, Paul, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure our home looked the best. They finished in a timely manner and the results were awesome. We recommended them to our new neighbors that stopped by, and we would definitely use them again in the future. It was an all around great experience, and we are so impressed!

I had some rooms in my house painted a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. Starting with Rachel at the office, followed by Colin, who came to my house and explained different types of paints and other important information about the process. Once the job was started, Daniel came to check that the painting process was moving smoothly. Luis, the principal painter, and Jesus were great at their individual jobs. Luis and Jesus were very professional while doing their job. They cleaned everything and removed anything that needed discarding. They worked fast and performed every detail during their work. They took pride in their work. They were very polite. I appreciate everyone who helped me with my painting project. I’m very pleased with the results. I would use CertaPro painters again. I highly recommend this company.

CertaPro painted the exterior of our home a couple of years ago. Workers did an outstanding job and cleaned up well. More recently, we hired them to do the interior. Nathan provided excellent service and tips and Erica was an absolute joy to work with. I've never received such prompt and thorough response from an Office Manager. She was absolutely amazing! There's one employee that deserves a bonus. Interior was well done and we love the results.

Just had my house painted a week or so ago, Walfre and Zulema were amazing! They patched all the little holes and even painted my shed to match the house, so cute. ? Rachel and Fernando were great with scheduling production and helping with colors, I love my red door! And Erica in billing was very reasonable to work with, such a great gal. All in all a great experience, I highly recommend!

Used CertaPro years ago to paint the outside of my house. Needed someone QUALIFIED and RELIABLE to repair an interior, textured, ceiling crack and to paint the family room, kitchen, and living room ceilings. Staff were responsive. Price was competitive. Quality of work was superior. Lonnie (the painter) is highly skilled and great to work with. Dano and Rachel were also great to work with. CertaPro West Valley a high recommend!!

Melissa Probst our estimator came by and communicated well with us as far as colors, paint company, price, description of service and appointment. The two painters that came over for the two day job(July) we’re efficient, thorough and professional. Interaction and communication went smoothly and they were respectful of us and our property. They did a great job on prep work, final touch ups, clean up and walk through before and after. If your choosing this company maybe you can refer to this comment and ask for the same people that did our service. Our choice was worth the cost/investment.

Wilmar was very helpful and made sure I knew when he was coming, when he was leaving, and when he would return. He cheerfully addressed every item I brought to his attention immediately. He painted the interior of my home including trim and doors. He told me what rooms would be done each day and finished ahead of schedule. Certapro was the lowest cost bid. Excellent work, materials, and cost. Highly recommended.

I used CertaPro Painter of the West Valley in October 2021. Colin Deckwa was my estimator - he was very helpful and went the extra mile since I asked for a couple different estimates. I eventually had all interior walls, doors, and baseboards painted at a very reasonable price.

Carlos and Maria were my painting team and did a fantastic job. Both Carlos and Maria were professional and diligent in their jobs. The did quality work with a clean worksite and the end of each day. It was definitely a smooth running team.

I chose CertaPro because they had painted inside of my house a couple of years previously. The consultant was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Everything was notated on the contract. The workmen were very thorough. They showed me what they were going to do and had me walk with them while they pointed out items that needed repair and those were included. I received more services than I expected. That is good business.

I initially set up an estimate for an exterior paint job in March of 2019 and decided after the summer that we would do the interior first. Colin was always extremely helpful throughout the estimation process and was always accommodating to my schedule and updating my change requests.

Lonnie came to our home and painted in 2 days, what would have taken me 2 weeks. His demeanor was extremely personable and professional. He was a pleasure to have in our home and did an amazing job with painting our walls!

We did have a slight hiccup with some blistering on small dryway repairs a few days after the paint settled and Rachael was quick to get Fernando out to our home to correct the issue. Fernando was also extremely pleasant to deal with and very professional in our home.

All in all, I am very pleased with the company work and customer service and will be finishing our home with CertaPro! I highly recommend you request Lonnie as your painter, he's amazing! Kudos to the entire team and thank you for your dedication and performance throughout our job!

We hired Certa Pro to paint the interior of our home. They did the majority of the house except for 3 bedrooms. They were Awesome! They were on time. professional and finished earlier than expected!

CertaPro were professional from estimating to completing the work. I needed to have the stucco repaired, and the house repainted.

The estimation process was easy. Melissa was on time, and everything was done at a safe distance.

I got other estimates, and decided on CentaPro due to the cost and the warranty they provide.

The stucco repair was done last week, and the painting began on Monday this week. The people doing the work were friendly and professional. As with good painters the prep work took almost as long as the painting.

Everything was cleaned up before they left and I was walked around the house making sure I was happy with the work.

I would recommend CentraPro painters to everyone, and I am planning to use them for interior painting at a later date.

We had CertaPro painted our Living room and Kitchen then we decided we needed the bedroom painted. Melissa gave us a great quote and a week later , they started painting.
Lonnie was our painter and what a great job he did. Whatever I wanted him to do, he did it with no problem.

This was the 3rd time I used CertaPro for a home painting project. This particular project was to match my security door color to match the color of house which was recently painted - The team came thru with a close to perfect match - The team was organized and did an outstanding job communicating when they had the wrong color and they went back to the paint store to get the correct color to complete the project - appreciate they asked and confirmed the paint color before painting - WELL DONE

We had the job bud by three other companies and the choice was easy. They weren’t the least expensive and definitely not the most but the level of quality and care was commensurate with the investment.

Not only was the quality of the actual paint job superb but the design assistance with color and trim selection along with maticulous prep and end of job walk through really made the entire process a delight.

Definitely don’t have your house painted by anyone else without at least experiencing the level of knowledge and customer service you will get from them during a consult and bid.

Overall a great experience. The planning and time that the CertaPro team took in my job was outstanding. What I liked best was that they took time to hear what I needed and they found the best way to accommodate what I needed and they offered up viable solutions to make the overall outcome a total success. We had an excellent experience with Certa Pro. They painted the entire interior of our home directly after purchasing it. They personally assisted us in picking several colors and completed the project quickly and with extremely high quality. We had a walk thru with one of the painters when they were finished and we didn't find a single issue or area to touch up. Their financing option was also very helpful and simple. We don't have a single complaint from the entire process and highly recommend them. Every person at Certa Pro made us feel like a valued customer and their work was perfect.

Never been so disappointed in a company. They came in and way over other companies in price, but reviews were solid and company seemed legitamate. Collin our sales guy was cool so we decided to move forward. Well they took 4 days to produce. We only have a 1800 square foot home so that should have been our first warning. Our house is a wreck. The paint job was laughable, until you realize its your home. Then you get the bill and you want to cry. They came back out to make it right. Well the trim looks terrible. I have grey paint on my white cealings. Certain parts of the walls did not get a second coat, cealings have dirt and spots so much I am fairly confident they did not do them. I have paint on doors, my brand new tile, and no paint on some walls. These guys are nice which makes this so much harder. I want to pay them and be happy. Yet as of right now, I have a trashed house with an incomplete paint job and promises to fix it Tuesday, making this a 2 week project. No walk through has been done and its crazy what got missed and how I had to play project manager to get movment. Seriously some of the worst work I have ever seen.

This is an AWESOME company and all the people you work with are AMAZING. They painted our house a couple of years ago and a couple of months ago we noticed something odd happening on the back of our house. we called to have them come an take a look and help us to figure out what we could do. Nathan (the owner) came out to take a look. He said that he had never seen anything like it before. He offered to take care of the area at no cost. When his paint crew (who were also awesome) came and took care of the area in question they decided they didn't like how it would look to just take care of the one area so they proceeded to treat and paint the complete back of the house. If you are looking for a company for both painting your house and people you can trust and are great to work with.....then stop looking....you have found the best. Thank you again everyone at CertaPro....you are awesome!

Wonderful experience with this company. Melissa can to my home for initial appointment, and explained the process that the painters would perform. She answered all my questions and was very professional. Lonnie (the painter) was truly a 'one man army'!. He did an incrediblely good job with every step, from prep to clean up. Highly recommend.

Kudos to Fernando Estrada! He called me after I lodged a complaint about the painter that was sent out. Fernando listened to my concerns. Came to the house to inspect the issues, made an appointment to fix the issues and insured that I was happy with the corrections. He apologized and was sorry that I had this experience, Great Customer Service for the company!!! Best Employee I Dealt With!!!

Can't recommend this company highly enough! There was a mix-up with some of the paint colors and they immediately took steps to correct it. Our front door, which was not scheduled to be painted, was accidentally stripped of some paint when the masking was removed and they took the necessary steps to correct the issue without any push-back or hesitation. Simply the best customer service and quality you could ask for!

Just got my house painted yesterday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They really make it easy. The house looks great and the customer service was outstanding. I will use certa pro for any paint projects in the future and will definitely recommend. Shout out to lorenzo, Melissa and Erica for all the great customer service.

Miguel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. We had a little bit of communication issues but got them resolved and we are very happy with their work. I loved certa pros professionalism i was greeted nicely over the phone . I had a service rep at my door the next day to discuss paint ,cost ,everything the painters where responsible for and everything I needed to do to prepare for and I was given a fair estimate. The painters where very knowledgeable and friendly shout out to my boy Luis and his partner for doing an exelent job . Altho the painters missed a part of the house it was an honest mistake and they retured the next day to fix it . Certa pro was fast ,freindly ,and professional thank you .

Nathan Marmor was such a pleasure to work with. One of the best contractors I have worked with! We are a Non-Profit No-Kill cat and dog shelter. I had Nathan and his crew paint all of our dog side of the building as well as 18 metal doors. I spoke with Nathan about what we need and expect out of our paint with all the live animals we have and needing to keep them healthy. We needed something that could be hosed down and sprayed with a our very strong chemical(on a daily basis) to protect our animals from catching any serious illnesses. Nathan agreed that we need a specific type of paint for our needs and something that wouldnt just peel right off the walls after a few rinses. Well did Nathan and his guys deliver?! The paint not only holds up with our invasive cleaning procedures but it looks amazing as well. Nathan was very easy to not only work with but also very easy to get in touch with. No matter if I had a question or a concern he was always very honest and took care of things. His crew went above and beyond and I was not even charged as most companies would try to add on to the bill. What I was promised is exactly what Nathan and his crew delivered. I would highly recommend Nathan and his guys to anyone. Also Erika in the office was a real pleasure to work with as well. Very easy to get in touch with which actually speaks volumes for most people hiring contractors. A+ rating all the way around.

They did a good job there was just a few hiccups. The painters did not paint the walls and had I to call it in and there was a few touches we had to call them back for that made the process a lil bit longer than needed to be. Other than that the house looks good and the price was cheaper than most other places which is great. I believe they gave a discount for covid and military discounts.

You were recommended to me by the work you did at the Desert Harbor. My daughter lives there and she commented about how efficient you are. It was over 100 degrees the day they came here and in spite of that, they got down to business and finished painting in just one day. They cleaned up after themselves and I recommended them to my friends Tony & Marge Deanda Ament.They too were surprised by their efficiency and how they cleaned up their messes before they left.

April, 2015; outstanding response to my request to paint exterior 'trim' (white and green) original colors. Even verified/corrected the paint needed, picked up at Sherwin Williams, brought it along and left for later needs. I can't say enough about the quality, attention and workmanship. I have 5,000 sf and will be asking them to perform interior touchups soon, as my trust is 100% in their ability and pricing. No more 'try this guy or that'.... just the best..... Thanks guys....

Contacted CertaPro painters., was the best price from 3 other competitors. So value is amazing, Now the painters Luis, always on time, very good hard worker, Luis team of two finished our home 3 days. When I email Chris with minor touch ups, he was on top of it, quick and on time, Luis returned and completed the touch ups in no time. Would I hire them again, Very much so and will recommend them to friends and family and Co-workers.
