I am thankful for all the repair of stucco and preparation of wood completed by Crash of Rhinos since our house had not been painted in almost thirty years! Christian and his crew did a thoroughly excellent job. Communication was good throughout every stage of this project. I'm so happy with how our house looks! I am very happy that I chose Crash of Rhinos.

Crash Of Rhinos is by far one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with . From the first phone call , they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable . They sent a proposal with every detail of what the job would entail . Nothing was left out . From the four paint colors on different areas to exactly what was to be done . One amazing point that was different from any other contractor was no down payment . Not even a percentage for paint and supplies . Pay when the job is finished. When Christian and crew arrived , they were meticulous in prep work . They sent pictures and a progress report every day . They were so polite in every conversation we had. They completely covered the pool and cool deck to prevent overspray .When they finished , everything that was moved was exactly back in it's place. Best of all , the house looks amazing !!! By far the most professional estimate we have ever received, which made it easy to use this company for painting our house. It wasn't the highest bid and it wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the most thorough bid. The estimate included information about their company and that information was part of our decision to use them. Their employees were all prompt and professional. We were told verbally and via email (with photos) the progress made each day and the plan for the next day. The Superintendent visited the site and introduced herself, along with letting us know that we should feel free to ask any questions about the project. We at first did not believe that a company could have so many 5 star reviews. But they should be awarded 10 stars. From the estimate to the painting every single step was outlined, detailed and communicated to us. They delivered every single step to perfection. Yes it is a long lead time to get on their schedule but there is a good reason why - they pay attention to every detail and do not leave until it is all perfect. Crash of Rhinos did a great job painting the exterior of our stucco home and over a 100 feet of iron fence including several iron gates. They worked through some challenging conditions (wind, colder temps and some rain) and were very responsive to all of my specific requests for handling items around the house (gates, rocks, plants, garden features, etc.). James and his crew were very professional and thorough resulting in a very fine end product. While I'm sure one may find lower quotes for painting services, I considered their price to be very fair and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Best experience I've ever had with any contractor ever. We have a smooth stucco finish on our house that had many cracks and blemishes 6 years after being built. They repaired everything and did a flawless job of painting. Our house looks better than the day we first moved into our newly built home. Crew was exceptional, communication was unbelieveably good. Having your home painted is never a fun experience but Crash of Rhinos made it as painless as possible. They did everything they said they would do (hard to find these days) and for the price quoted. Crash of Rhinos wasn't the least expensive, nor were they the most expensive. But I thought the price was very fair, especially after working with them and seeing the finished project. Everyone showed up as scheduled and the project crew was here all day for the duration of our project. We really did our homework, received 8 estimates for exterior painting, and the prices were all over the place, as was the professionalism of those conducting the estimates(!).Crash of Rhinos was not the cheapest, not the priciest, but what made us choose them was their attention to details as they inspected our house and provided their estimate. They pointed out stucco defects which would require necessary corrections, larger cracks that would require even more attention, and presented us with a proposal that was detailed to the point that we knew this was the right painting company for us.They started when they said they would start, they were present everyday at the precise time they were to start, and ended the day when they said they would. We received updates every day, with photos on progress, via email. The team lead, John, and his crew were clean, polite, respectful and put in a full days work…no goofing off, no down time. Based on my favorable experience during the inspection and quote process and the competitive cost for the service they would provide, I selected Crash of Rhinos. Beyond my high expectations! Crash of Rhinos had done the original painting on the exterior of my home a few years back. When I first contracted with Rhinos I did so because they were licensed and bonded and had a 7 year warranty. Little did I know it would come in handy 3 years later. We had some chipping and peeling of paint. When I contacted the company they promptly sent out a painter to evaluate my concerns. The company kept in touch with me through texts giving me updates on appointment options. Christian and Joe showed up on time and quickly went to work, being mindful to cover everything with tarps. They were meticulous in their painting. They were the kindest most professional young men that took great care and pride in their work. You never think you will need to use your warranty and when you do you are hesitant- wondering if it will be honored. No worries with Crashing Rhinos- their word and warranty is their bond. Easy quote. trash execution and company. this photo shows the quality of work or lack of. 3,300 for a 1090 sqft single story. and they don’t paint trim with a paint gun. they do it by hand. the manager claims it’s to save paint. yet the paint is mine and already purchased for. and given to me she done. so there is clearly enough paint. just another paint company.

We just had our house painted by Crash of Rhinos, it looks beautiful!!!. I was so impressed by the level of customer service and attention to detail. We have had our house painted before but the experience was not the same as with Crash of Rhinos. Jose was prompt every morning and kept us updated throughout the process. He checked in with us at the start of the day and when they were leaving for the day. This company is big on customer service and quality work! Crash of Rhinos did an excellent job painting our house. We went from a lighter color to a much darker color. They were very thorough and took the time to ensure that all of the old paint was covered. Shea and his crew we're very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the end result. If you must have your house painted immediately, you'll probably have to go somewhere else. Crash of Rhinos is so popular that they were booked out 3 months when I signed the contract in April 2022. I'm so glad I could wait, because they did an outstanding job. They only use ultra-premium Dunn Edwards exterior paint (EVERSHIELD); they apply DRYLOK to the entire foundation before painting it; and the repairs to my stucco and to my patio ceiling were excellently done. They also did a superb job painting my view fence in the back yard. The crew leader arrived before the start time each day and explained the plan for the day. I could go on and on, but this is already more than most people want to read.

Hired Crash of Rhinos painting to repaint my entire home exterior. We had recently replaced a portion of old wood siding exterior with stucco, and the existing stucco was in pretty bad shape. Our initial start date was scheduled to be June/July, but we ended up being pulled into late April. The communication was great, the process was very smooth, and the final product looks fantastic. They repaired the stucco to the point where you can barely tell there was damage to begin with. They painted all of the exterior trim, repaired the damaged sections of my patio ceiling, and painted the entire exterior. CoR was not the cheapest quote I received, but I was so impressed with the thoroughness of their proposal, scope of work and warranty that I decided it was worth it. I would hire them again for future painting needs.

It’s been about a month since the completion of the paint job on my house and I’m very happy. Next time the HOA lets me know my house needs some attention I’ll be returning to Crash of Rhinos. Also the lines of communication were always open with quick response to any questions.

Crash of Rhinos Painting did such a phenomenal job, however, that I cannot help wanting to share the experience. They painted the exterior of my home as well as the fence around the back yard. Amazing hands on service. Emails, texts, videos, phone calls, photos - all utilized to answer questions, set up appointments, and make sure all details were covered. There were only two items to remedy on my final walkthrough with the foreman. Both were fixed immediately. Professional, courteous, and patient with questions. And their pricing was very competitive. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I learned of Crash of Rhinos from a woman in my Pilates class. She raved about the company and the work that they did. I made a note of the company and held onto it for over a year. When it was time to have my home painted, I called Crash of Rhinos. They came to my home within a two days of my inquiry to inspect my property and provide an estimate. They provided a very detailed proposal that was very reasonable and thorough within a day of the initial inspection. I asked to be put on a list to have my home painted sooner than the 6-8 week out date that I was given. Within a week of my acceptance of the proposal, my date was moved up to two weeks. The company remained in constant contact with me regarding the expected start date and time.When the crew arrived on the first day, they were all very professional and friendly. Every day they arrived on time and ready to get to work. The work that they all did was so good.Daily I would walk around my property and make notes for myself of different things I thought needed to be touched up that I planned bring up to the project manager before the job was finished. I am in the process of renovated my home, just had new doors and windows put in So I needed a touchup exterior paint job. I called crash of rhinos Painting, and they got me schedule the next day for an inspection appointment. They came out, and were able to set me a schedule date the very next day. I got a call earlier than expected to start the job on an earlier date, which is a super big plus! It’s taking a long time to order or get any Jobs done quicker these days, so that was truly appreciated! I would know because I’m renovating my entire home. From start to finish, they did an amazing job. They showed up on time, in fact even earlier than the time they were expected to be there. They got the job done all in one day, even before the kids got out of school. they had me come out and do a walk-through to make sure everything was done right before leaving. A UNIQUE Business...Yes, UNIQUE, as in one of a kind!This painting company is like none other that I have ever done business with. I am sure there are many other good exterior house painters out there but there are none quite like Crash of Rhinos. Once you get past their unusual name which is a story unto itself, I will begin my review.It starts with making an appointment with the estimator. Zachary came over and spent time going through the painting process and explained what we should expect. He took lots of pictures highlighting what they will and will not be doing. He was able to give me an immediate no BS price quote with details, no smoke and mirrors. The pricing was competitive. One of the things I really liked was the fact that you make no payments for the job until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. Every other painter wanted up to 50% down to start the job. Once we agreed on a price, I was told someone would get back to me with a start date. Long story short, communication was great. The job was scheduled.The crew showed up when they were supposed to and completed it on time. Before they started they took pictures of everything. The crew was absolutely fantastic. Everything was properly covered, the house properly patched, primed as needed and painted with the only product they use, Dunn Edwards top of the line paint. They were able to even fix prior patchwork that they were not sure could be fixed (it was really bad). Two coats of paint were put on at 100% and not thinned to make it go further. Every day I received an email with a progress report and pictures of the work. For 5 days the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Every day before they left, the crew cleaned up. When the house was done, the crew chief and I did a detailed walk around to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Before they left they used the pictures they had previously taken to put everything back exactly where it was before they started. That was a really nice touch! And after they were gone, except for the fresh coat of paint, you never knew they were there. No mess, no garbage, no splatter, no overspray.The next day, I received my invoice. The amount was exactly as quoted with no surprises.This review is being written a year after the job was completed. The house still looks great. We did have some minor repair issues that had to be addressed just last week. They put us on the schedule and it was done with a smile.Clearly, I would recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting to a friend. So far 3 of our friends have used them and all are happy and thank me for the referral.On a side note, they only do exterior painting, and they do it like no other. You won’t be sorry if they do your home.

Even though they were not the lowest bid, it was obvious from their explanation of how they would approach the work, that they knew their business and cared about doing it right and about our satisfaction. The crew showed up on time as scheduled and got the job done when they said they would. Crash of Rhinos recently finished painting the exterior of our house, the block wall and some other stucco areas in the back yard. They did a great job. Very thorough and detailed. Each day, the goals for the day were explained. The job was to take three days for the full exterior painting of my home.The end result is beautiful and we are very happy. The combination of quality, value and professionalism was top notch from the initial quote and inspection through the daily work with project status, to final walk through, cleanup and completion. They made excellent use of electronic documentation to describe the project with pricing itemization through daily status reports to final invoicing. We had additional work done to repair some areas (door trim, external gate, and external ceiling repairs) that was completed with high quality.

During the paint job, they provided a link to photos of the actual job and afterwards, I was able to look at the entire job. We asked them to return because my wife noticed a small item which needed some touchup and they responded and scheduled the work. The follow up was great and photos were provided via the link of the completed job. Mike Rikker and has crew are top notch. One last item. I like the fact that the payment was upon completion of the job. No half payment to get the job started.

After getting several bids to paint my 2500 sq. ft. home I decided to go with Crash of Rhinos. Zachary, the sales guy, did a comprehensive, no-pressure explanation of their painting process and emailed the bid to me immediately. The job was completed last week and I found the crew to be very thorough. The owner, Mike, and one of the supers stopped by to check in. The crew leader did a great job keeping in touch with me about where they were in the job. No money was requested until after the job was done and I had done a walk-through. COR did a few little things that other painting companies wouldn’t have done (replace garage door edging) and the paint they use (Dunn Edwards) is high quality. The 7 year warranty and family owned business made this an easy decision for me and I’m happy I chose them!

Crash of Rhinos has to be the most thorough and professional painting company I have ever used. Zach spent a couple of hours inspecting the exterior of the hours and perimeter wall before providing a detailed estimate and thorough explanation of what to expect. We used their color consultation service. Kim provided several photoshopped renditions as we made color decisions. After the decision was made she submitted a very professional package to our HOA including images of the house with the new colors, paint brand, types and colors along with the work schedule. The change was approved quickly. Then time to paint...the paint crew did an outstanding job from beginning to end. In total it took 4 days to pressure wash and paint the exterior and perimeter walls. We were update daily on what was done, including pictures, via email. While the paint crew supervisor was a very competent and experienced individual, top management was onsite to inspect the progress daily. Final inspection went smoothly, everything was returned to its place on the patio. It was like nothing ever happened except for the beautiful new colors of our home. These guys may not be the cheapest but if you want a professional job done that will exceed all of your expectations Crash of Rhinos is the way to go. Thanks guys!!!

Crash of Rhinos completed some stucco repairs and repainting of our entire house on 8/21/2015. They were very professional from our first meeting getting an estimate through completion. We received weekly updates on our scheduling and the arrival date we were given when we hired them to do the job was the date they started. The employees were very professional and did an amazing job. They were timely each day and cleaned up each night. During the job I asked for a few things to be added and Mike and Kim were very easy to work with as they accommodated my changes. We had our home painted by Crash of Rhino's. They were tremendously helpful throughout the entire process. The estimator was awesome, friendly, and no pressure. The ladies in the office sending out the bid and contract, and scheduling were all incredible. Excellent overall experience with this business from my initial contact with their sales personnel all the way through to the paint crew. They took the extra time to explain and document in detail my house painting project from beginning to end. No money was owed to them until the project was completed and I had a chance to view their finished work. They even for a fee assisted me in the completion of my paperwork for the HOA. Their paint crew leader Abraham was very personable, professional and did excellent quality work. Abraham's crew was very hard working and performed excellent work. I cannot appropriately express the positive experience we have had with Crash of Rhinos. Like many, we got the letter from our HOA that started our search for a house painter. We set out to get 3 quotes and Crash of Rhinos was hands down the most professional from get go. They were timely in their responses and always arrived when they said they would for all appointments (quotes, color consult and actual painting). Their quoting system was comprehensive and educational. I had no idea what was involved with house painting and their breakdown of what would happen, complete with videos, not only gave us insight as to what should happen to insure a quality job was done, but it allowed us to see what was missing from other quotes. Todd, the gentlemen who came to give the quote was super friendly and made sure he spoke to both me and my husband to include all the details of what would happen with our home. I especially appreciated this because I've had other contractors speak over me or directly to my husband which makes me feel like my opinion wasn't important to them. I sincerely appreciated the respect shown to us by Todd. We opted to do the color consultation add on with Kim. This allowed us to get her expert opinion on colors and an education on color fading, which again, I hadn't considered and knew nothing about. Her expertise ended up guiding me to colors that I love even more on our house! The fact she also dealt with our disorganized HOA was worth the price of this feature alone. In addition to being a color guru, she's patient, organized and ON TOP of her submissions. Highly recommend her services! As for the painting - WOW! The crew who came to our house consisted of Jose, Jesus, and Fernando. These gentlemen were so nice and the work is OUTSTANDING. They took such pride in painting our house and I absolutely loved listening to them sing and laugh as they worked. They injected our house with a lot of happiness and I appreciated their positive energy. They really seem to enjoy what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. I sincerely felt they were excited to show us our finished home, but not until they meticulously went around doing touch ups. We became aware of Crash of Rhinos Painting through comments posted on the Nextdoor App. Many had used them and gave them4-5 stars. We give them 4.5 stars. Overall we are very pleased with the company and the painting of our home. Communication with the company in planning this event was very thorough, timely, and consistent. The crew assigned did a good job and on a Friday and Saturday...which we did not expect the Saturday. It was hard to see on the final walk through because it was getting to dusk on Saturday, so we asked to be able to review the work again on Monday morning and submit any concerns. We did find a couple minor things, but took care of them ourselves. Keep in mind, the workers did offer to come back on Monday to fix and needful things. Our only concerns were that the clean up could have been better and the rocks were pushed back, however, we will need to rake them again to so there are not bare ground spots here and there.The lead painter on site was good, communicated well, was considerate of our needs and was very professional. The overall supervisor of the job checked in with us. and the workers on a daily basis.All-in-all an excellent job...we are pleased. We would recommend this company to everyone. Very nice job...we are happy.

I brought in 6 highly rated painting companies in November 2016 to provide a bid to paint my 3,529 sqft 2 story home in Goodyear, Az. In the end, Crash of Rhinos had the best price, OUTSTANDING customer service, their crews showed up EXACTLY on time, usually within 1-2 minutes of their scheduled arrival/start time, and they ONLY used Dunne Edwards top shelf paint, probably the best paint for the hard conditions of the Southwest. The crews were hard working, knowledgeable and experienced. I am a hard person to impress, and throughout the entire process, the Admin. staff with their daily progress emails and the painting crews at Crash of Rhinos impressed me. From beginning (estimate) to end (finished product) this company has been a pleasure to work with.From Mary's weekly email updates when I accepted the estimate to the email updates at the end-of-the-project day from Luis, my painter, I always knew what was happening with my project. The painters are very thorough and document any problem areas with pictures before beginning their work. From the prep work (they sealed the foundation!!) to the two-tone fascia painting... their skills showed in their work and everything looks fantastic!!They were not the cheapest quote but I am SOOOO glad I spent the extra money and selected Crash of Rhinos. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Super happy customer :)My only complaint was that the project took two days and I was left plastic wrapped in my house overnight because the sliding door was taped and plastic-ed off and I couldn't let my dog out. Luckily I have a side garage door and was able to get out and through the gate that way. This was more of an annoyance and is mentioned so that future customers remind the painters to leave the door un-taped in case they have pets that need out.

I had my house painted with Crash of Rhinos Painting last week. This is my best experience with the house projects that I had so far. I was handed a written quote with three choices of paint upfront. The job was scheduled in a week. The painters came on time and completed the work in two and a half days with the great result. They even replaced a trim panel and made some fixes to my roof in a couple of places as I asked. The supervisor did the final walk through to ensure the quality of the job. My neighbors stopped by admiring their work and complementing them on the work well done. The are was clean after they left. I did not have to do any cleaning at all.

We received weekly updates prior to commencement of work and daily updates during the work period. The actual team represented themselves professionally during the three days they were here. They prepped the house by power washing all surfaces and protected and masked the surfaces well. I have waited to write a review 1 year after the completion of the job on my home. Everything that was completed, exterior patch work, painting, fence remodel, garage door trim work is still looking great. This company was competitive for the quality of work completed and had great communication throughout the process. The workers were great and left the property spotless including my pool. My only recommendation is to let your neighbors know of your painting because when they pressure hosed the house my neighbors car got a little messy. I discussed with crew and they offered to cover the neighbors property with plastic to avoid mess. Overall could not be happier of the job completed by this company after my HOA required the painting and gate work.

Top of the Line experience. I was provided constant communication from the day I selected Crash of Rhinos Painting. When faced with 12 different colors painted on my house (by myself) it was apparent I needed some help. I was put in touch with the Dunn-Edwards color consultant who helped get the ball rolling. Then once I was down to a couple of choices, I met with two CoRP paint experts who helped me pick a color combo that we absolutely love.My painters were on time each and every day. Cleaned up daily and did a great job of repairing lots of structural aspects of the home prior to painting. I'm very happy with the final product.

Great experience from start to finish. I had the exterior of my home painted (in the heat of Phoenix in July) using two colors I selected. The company owner did the estimate, very thoroughly walking around with me and videotaping what I wanted done and where, and it was competitive, using quality paint (Dunn Edwards Evershield) and done in a very timely way. Though they were booked out six weeks, they were kindly able to fit me in about a week later, as the house was being readied to rent. The prep work was extensive, so the painting went quickly and neatly. Although I had a couple details to work out that I didn't notice immediately, they willingly returned and it was handled courteously, promptly and professionally. They want you to be happy and will do what it takes. Just what you want -- perfection at the end of the road. Highly recommend this company.

If six stars were an option, Crash of Rhinos would receive it! From the initial estimate that Mike did, to every aspect of the process to the final inspection, complete professionalism. We kept the paint colors the same as the original house color, so we didn't need to have to deal with the HOA, but CoR would have done that as well. They weren't the cheapest, but weren't the most expensive estimates I got either. However, next time I need the house painted, I'll only be calling them based on how well we were treated and the amazing job that the team did.

Crash of Rhinos was everything we could've expected and more.Customer service: the team kept in constant communication with us via email from the day we accepted their quote to the day the job ended--letting us know what needed to be done prior to the job, updates on the job date, and status updates after each day of work regarding their progress.The work itself looks masterful--they took no shortcuts. Removing and replacing fixtures, precise taping of windows, touch-up of the most minor things (a bit of caulk showing in one place; a weed that adhered to the foundation) were all done without us ever mentioning it. The paint looks amazing--I don't remember the house color being that deeply saturated even when we first bought it.All of this was done by the crew on three near-120° summer days.The price was slightly higher than the other quotes we received, but the quality was worth every bit of the difference and more.

From the 1st phone contact to the completion of the job, Crash of Rhinos exhibited an element of professionalism not typically associated with the industry.I had reached out to six different painting companies for a paint job on my house and the iron fence around my back yard. I found 3 through my HOA and 3 from Yelp. All six showed up at their designated time. The representatives from each company displayed various levels of professionalism and preparedness. Of the 6 companies, 1 showed up dirty, smelly, and appeared to be slightly impaired. 2 showed up with no references but were willing to provide them if I sent an email to them and gave them a week to respond – that was interesting. The 3 that displayed a high level of professionalism varied greatly by estimate. Out of the pool of the top 3, I selected Crash of Rhinos as their cost was in the middle between the other 2.The house looks outstanding and the fence around the back looks brand new. In a nutshell, I received excellent customer service and a professional paint job completed on schedule at a very reasonable cost. When the time comes, I will be a repeat customer.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the finished product done by Crash of Rhinos on my home!! I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and services provided by them! We had them do the computerized renderings first with different options on paint and trim colors and it REALLY made a difference in helping to make important decisions on how it would be done. Also, Kim took care of the paperwork for us with the dreaded NAPOA in our area and took the stress right out of that part. The men who performed the work were skilled and very proficient at what they do. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job from set up all the way through to clean up. I literally have no complaints only praises!! I highly recommend them!

We decided our house needed exterior repainting last fall. I obtained quotes from a few local painting companies. Zach from CoR Painting came to give us a quote and gave a very detailed presentation. Their price was competitive, and they don't require upfront payment. They offered the longest warranty than the others. Mary and Dara communicated with me frequently to coordinate the schedule and getting me paint samples. The job started as scheduled. Jeff and Francisco and his crew were very professional. There was an issue with figuring out one of the primary exterior colors during the job, but they solved it quickly and finished on schedule. I would definitely consider using CoR again in the future.

Rhino’s presentation, contract, communication, timeliness, prep work and pricing were all very good. The final work product was acceptable. There were some minor irritations during the job such as trampled landscape, painters standing on my A/C unit instead of using a ladder, leaving a heavy tarp covering my A/C unit for over 3 hours (in July), leaving beer cans in my yard, and a painter urinating in my neighbor’s yard (hope she didn’t see it…) I advised management about the issues, but they apparently didn’t feel the need to reply which seemed incongruent with their communication practices. I guess we all understand these are just the type of unprofessional things you have to tolerate in the business world today even when you spend thousands of dollars.

I’m usually a do-it-yourself kind of guy but decided to hire someone to paint my house, after seeing scores of positive reviews in our neighborhood community forum… COR seemed to be the clear choice. Your crews were very professional, detailed and polite. While doing the walk-around the project foreman pointed out where he broke a few branches off of my Philodendron (completely innocuous) but I appreciated his concern and honesty. Crash of Rhinos did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home. The painters are very professional and took the worry out of this project. Since we were not sure of the exact color we wanted initially, Kim drove around the neighborhood with us to view some possibilities. After that she prepared some renderings to see how our house would look when finished. After the job was complete we also took some photos of our house to compare with the renderings. It was just as we had hoped it would be - beautiful. Attention to detail, pleasant to work with and a good price - what more could you ask for?

Very fast to respond to my initial contact, less than an hour. Set up a start date due to my time table. Even before I had an estimate. The estimate was written up and printed out for me on the spot. Great communication right up to paint day which was the initial date set. The crew was great and courteous. Got a daily progress report with photos. Was given any left over paint. Left the area as they found it. Got copies of all the paint mix codes just in case. Again can’t say enough good things about the whole Crash of Rhinos organization.

As has already been mentioned numerous times in previous reviews, our experience using Crash of Rhinos Painting was exemplary. From the first phone call, to Mike’s quote, Kim and the office staff keeping us informed of when the job would commence, being willing to change that date due to construction concerns, helping us obtain paint samples…everything that transpired while working with COR was perfect. The painting crew (Carlos, Juan and another gentleman) were very good at what they do and brought up concerns (again, due to construction) that needed to be addressed and dealt with. They did their utmost to ensure that our paint job was completed to our satisfaction and when they left on the last day, Carlos reiterated that if we had any concerns or needed anything else done, to give them a call. They cleaned up after themselves and left the site spotless. Mike (the owner) runs his business and treats his customers the way I’m sure he would like to be treated himself. From beginning to end this was a great experience. They were quick to come out to do a quote, and stayed in regular contact via email throughout the process. The actually painting only took a day and a half for my house and they had good attention to detail. The crew leader noticed I worked from home, so let me know when they were going to be making noise near my office window. That was such a lovely gesture. My only complaint is that the clean up was a little haphazard, but nothing that I couldn't handle. They left a couple of towels and one small scrub brush-like tool in my yard. There was quite a bit of of the old paint scattered about the yard, but that's what came off when they did the pressure washing. They were great to work with and have already recommended them to some of my neighbors.

Seriously! Oh yeah, you don't give them one penny until the job is complete!Here's the Process:1. Estimator shows up, walks the property and takes pictures. This insures everyone is on the same page about what is included in the price.2. Quote and Slideshow Received (yup a slideshow) They gave me a price for the house and interior walls, then some itemized options, like removing wood on the gates, replacing the garage strip and exterior property walls. I like these options.3. Job excepted! Contract arrives via Docusign (super easy) then they let you know when the project will start. Ours was 3 weeks out, no problem everyone is busy right now.4. As you wait for your turn, you go to Dunn Edwards and pick-up FREE test paint. We tried 3 different colors. I received reminders weekly regarding picking paint colors and the schedule for the job.5. Sign off on your paint colors and what you want to do as primary and secondary colors via email. Also, I had some last minute changes, but they were super cool about them, thanks Mary!6. Ding-Dong they're here!Luis was the project manager & lead painter. He's super nice and very nice to look at. So ladies....if you're bored you can always watch him paint (LOL sorry I'm trail blazing).WAIT!!! Are they moving my furniture, taking down outside lighting, removing my outside speakers and hanging outdoor shades or just painting around them? Do not worry, they are removing it ALL and taking pictures so they know where everything went. Super hassle free.7. 3-Days later, all done! Everything is put back where it belongs. Luis walks the property with you and his crew, then you sign-off on his phone and pay,NOTE: They do charge more for credit cards, however this is the new norm for contractors. Final receipt emailed to me before he leaves the property.So basically, we've been remodeling since January and literally every single contractor we've had has just not done what they were suppose to do or did bad craftsmanship. Crash of Rhino's you are the FIRST for us, so thank you and be proud of your work! It's so hard to find good workers, Luis even said he loved working for you (awww he's so sweet).I will totally recommend you, actually I already have. :)

Excellent to work with. Service and speed was impressive. After choosing our colors, I had originally scheduled for 8/2/19 as our start date but requested to be put on the short list if an earlier date became available, was told 3 days later they'd be able to start 7/28, 7/29 end of day they were completely finished and cleaned up. The house looked beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Got 4 bids, they were about in the middle but the most impressive from the beginning, and the only one to follow up. Thorough and detailed on the bid process and all communications, had the best solutions to address all the issues and the best warranty.The house had many problems, lots of peeling paint and cracks with water damaged stucco and concrete stem walls. The crew was great and Abraham addressed all my issues! They power washed all surfaces, removed all peeling and loose paint, scraped and then sealed all cracks and exposed areas with thick coats of Drylok, repaired missing stucco and broken stem walls. Scraped and refinished damaged drywall patio and porch ceilings. Even fixed some damaged bird blocking.The paints were top of the line Dunn Edwards with many different finishes per their suggestions, better than original. The semiglosses on the front and garage doors, casings and w.i. railings look amazing. Even the flat body colors are so thick they shimmer! The best part is you can't tell where any of the repairs were made. Seamless, better than brand new construction! Lots of comments from the neighborhood. Bet I'll be seeing them around here again!Great to see such a well run company take pride in their work! Thanks!

Crash just finished the exterior painting of my home, gazebo, block walls, railings, etc, etc. Very big job. Everyone from the owner (Mike Ricker) to the office staff (Mary & Kim) to the on-site crew were extremely professional & courteous. The upfront planning on what primers & colors to be used on what surfaces along with the daily email progress updates from Mary made sure we were all in sync. The crew chief Coyo was the very best. His attention to detail & insuring everything was done correctly went above & beyond. When the weather turned bad during the early stages of the project & caused problems with some of the freshly repaired & painted areas, Mike had the paint manufacturer on-site quickly to provide additional professional guidance on root cause & corrective actions. Mike made it clear to the crew that whatever it took to repair the problem areas was to be done properly. I would highly recommend Crash of Rhinos.

They really did a terrific job. Plenty of prep work on patching, cleaning and properly covering plants and items to avoid overspray, etc..They bring the original paint cans and pails from the vendor and no watering down the paint to leave you with a bad coverage.First the guys doing the painting took us around the property to make sure everything was done right. They spotted more cosmetic things than we did.Then the supervisor did the same and noted any items and no one asked for a penny until we were completely satisfied.Great crew and company.

100 % satisfied with the quality of the finished product. We only needed paint under our eves, gable ends of the roof and our garage. The eves are sandwiched by a new metal roof and raw (sandblasted) masonry walls. Razor sharp lines and not a drop of over spray on any of it. Best painter to touch this 60 year old house. Will have them repaint the house when the time comes (if I'm still alive).

Not mentioned was the stucco repair prior to painting. They work with the HOA as the color names no longer correspond to the actual color chips through the years. They furnish the corresponding new names to the actual colors for our house to the HOA. They were very professional throughout the bidding process, painting and post painting inspection to be sure we were satisfied. Would recommend their quality service to anyone.

I initally chose COR based on the numerous positive comments on Yelp. There are several other 5-star painting contractors, and I got cheaper quotes from both. However, neither of these offered a guarantee beyond the required 2 years- and neither gave me a detailed estimate. In fact of the two contractors I didn't hire, one of them didn't even knock on the door- I think his estimate was a drive-by. The other one spent 10 minutes. Contrast that with COR's OWNER coming to the house, videotaping his walk-around and then explaining in minute detail how they would accomplish the job. Once we decided to go with COR, the communication with the office was excellent. They let us know what to expect, and when it was going to happen. The crew showed up when they said they would, and did a phenomenal prep job- including applying Dry Lock to the stem wall- something the other contractors didn't mention at all! They replaced the side door casing- $50 extra- which is something I could have done...if I had the time, which I don't! COR used premium Dunn-Edwards paints- the other guys didn't mention what they were using. At the completion of the job, almost everything was put back- I had to rehang the windchimes on the patio- but overall, a very professional job. The house looks great!

Crash of Rhinos did an excellent job on our exterior re-paint. We had a lot of ceiling drywall repairs, and they turned out great! Their price point was reasonable, as well.

DISCLAIMER: My experience with this company is limited and incomplete.I called several companies to get quotes on having my house painted. Most quotes were in the $2,200-$2,500 range. Crash of Rhinos was $3,400. We did not use this company for that reason. The quote process itself seemed unnecessarily overdone. Zack came out and could not have been friendlier. He walked around outside for a few minutes checking everything out, just like the other's did. But then he comes in with a laptop and gave me this long, elaborate presentation going into excessive detail about every single aspect of the process, start to finish. And when the smoke cleared... they were $1,000 more than the rest.I didn't care for the elaborate presentation. It seemed gimmicky and deceptive. Like if you've ever sat thru one of those time share presentations so you could get the free gifts - that's what it felt like. Smoke and mirrors. When it was all said and done I couldn't help thinking that overdone presentation was used as a way to justify being $1,000 more than the competition. In the end, I just wanted my house painted. I couldn't see paying extra just because they invested so much more time and effort on the sales pitch.As a side note: I checked into doing the job myself. Using the same products and renting the equipment I don't have, it would cost me $600 to $700 in materials. The pros get these materials at a discount and don't have to rent anything. $3,400 seemed a bit excessive.I'm not suggesting that a DIY project is compatible with hiring professionals. $3,400 just seemed like too much for what I wanted, all fancy presentations, impressive computer graphic visual aids and streaming videos aside.

They did great prep (washing stucco and washing and sanding metal work, and masked big awkward items very well) and the FINAL PRODUCT LOOKED GREAT.We had some add-on work and a color change once we saw the paint up and they rapidly helped us alter the color and got the job done fast and did it well.PS. Carlos is great!

Wasn't sure what to expect. We've got a small historic home and we wanted an outfit that cared about it as much as we do.From the initial estimate process to the cleanup, everyone involved was courteous and professional.As far as the quality of work, a 5 star might not be high enough. The preparation that was done prior to painting was what I would classify as meticulous. Frankly, it took longer to prep than to paint. We could not he happier with the results and would recommend COR to anyone who asks (and we have).

I loved the professionalism from the owners and crew! When I was unsure of which paint color to pick, they came and painted a area on my home to see if I'd like it. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and it made me happy! The crew was quick, clean and very kind! I recommend them to anyone asking about house painting!

The house turned out great! Communication over the top, they let you know every step of the way. I liked that I didn't have to pay some up front and only at the end when I was satisfied. I have a rock yard and my only suggestion is have the painters put it back the way they found it. They took care of it at the end for me. I would definitely refer this company to people.

Great, overall experience. From the first phone call, to the quote, to scheduling the painting, and the finished product - - everything was perfect. Very professional - - everything in writing and done over the internet. For us, the freshly stuccoed back wall was powerwashed, sprayed with and undercoat, and sprayed twice with the paint. No more that 4 hours!
